«We had a cozy stay at the Stone Cottage. Our hosts were very lovely and accommodating, and their very special dog came to visit us for a scratch each night. The surrounding area is gorgeous - even in what turned out to be a rainy couple of days. The sun came out long enough for a hike up to the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the Wairapa. The wood stove kept us warm, and the bath was a welcome end to each day. Looking forward to visiting again with family!»

«Large 1970s house. Tidy and good location to beach, cafes and 4 square shop. Reasonably happy with stay but there some things that need addressing.1) Upstairs Queen bed- the mattress springs gone on the right side and the mattress feels like you are sleeping on a slope. Definitely needs replacing 2) Lack of outdoor chairs on the deck 3) Pool cue sticks in garage has lost their tips and need to be replaced 4) outside furniture (table and chairs could do with a good clean or be replaced 5) BBQ - ...

«Our stay here was twofold. One: quality time together and Two: a tryout for the young dogs in a boarding kennel not far away. The last night the dogs stayed with us. The bach was awesome. Very well laid out and complete. If anything, we couldn’t find any ice cube trays so our G&T was a bit make do. For the rest just great. Hear the moreporks at night, swim in the river at Pots Reserve. Best kept secret: Kuku Beach. Don’t go there folks to keep it a secret 😁»

«The properties were both very clean and comfortable. Handy to the beach and quiet but also easy driving to the town. Google maps found them easily:-) Although we only stayed two nights and really only needed them to sleep in they were spacious enough to have a lovely family holiday. Shower was good and one of them had a bath.»
