Apartment 'Laubbach' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The bright 3.5-room apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in early 2015. From the living room, which is equipped with a Swedish stove for cold days, you have direct access to the spacious balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Ried landscape.



In both bedrooms, the beds can be arranged either separately or as a double bed.



The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, and plenty of dishes.



In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, there is also a separate WC.



A washing machine is available in a small basement room.



Our newly furnished apartment is located on the top floor of our two-family house and is ideal for families of up to four people or two couples traveling together. The apartment is exclusively for tourist use.



Parking is available directly at the house. Bicycle storage is provided for our guests in the garage. A children's playground is about 100 meters from the house and can be used by our guests.



Relax with us in a peaceful, rural setting. The property is located in an active agricultural region; in spring and autumn, you may occasionally notice country air—a natural part of rural life in this idyllic area.
