«I cannot say enough about this property. Any time I called someone answered. The location was absolutely perfect! The park being right there, was a huge bonus. Game room was a pleasant surprise! «I should’ve researched this end of neighborhood. Was quite sketchy and ran down. Police sirens often until 2-4am. Parking was a bit tight with a full size vehicle, and another tenant took up 2 spots, however the property manager was Very easy to get ahold of and assisted with getting ahold of them to move one as each apartment gets 1 spot. The apartment was very cute, very clean, everything we needed was there. Would give it 5 stars if it was in a different area. I’ve been to Savannah 3 times ...

«Overall the experience was good. The house was clean. The correspondence with the management was very good. Our only issues were with the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The fixtures were showing age and were a little janky. The window in the shower was rusted out because of poor placement of the shower head. A little TLC in there would go a long way to a near perfect rating. »
