Other things to note
1. You'll have access to all areas of the unit, including the patio and backyard. However, the basement is off-limits during your stay as there may be potential tenants. But be rest assured, it is completely separate with its own entrance.

2. Please be advised that the unit includes complimentary parking facilities. There are two available parking spots, where vehicles are required to parallel park, and these spots are shared between both the basement and main floor units.

3. Please be mindful of our neighbours and and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This means keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and have a peaceful night's sleep.

4. No smoking is allowed at the premises at any point.

5. No furry friends (pets) allowed due to allergies.

6. Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the premises.

7. We allow a maximum of 5 guests. Any guests who are not registered on the reservation will not be allowed on the property.
