Villaer i Oseania

«Clean and tidy and great for the night.»

«Deilig sted. Syns det mangler oppvaskmaskin. Ikke alt var blitt vasket like godt av forrige gjest, men alt i alt var opplevelsen veldig, veldig bra.»

«We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is ...

«I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. «Gorgeous views, loving care in every aspect of the stay. Fabulous bed and shower. The hot tub! Best of all, the personal and warm welcome from the hosts. The guided stargazing is a special experience if you have a clear night. Highly recommend this special place to stay.»

«We loved the villa, its spacious, light and really comfortable, with all the essentials provided!»

«Lovely property in a good location with short walk to Matakana Village. Very clean and quality fittings. We would like to have had a microwave for convenience and lack of a TV seems a bit odd. Otherwise a very comfortable option for a couple.»

«A really perfect little escape which we'd be sure to take up again. A really perfect and private little dwelling with fine appointments and all delivered with coastal chic. Definitely recommend!»

«Supert opphold i 4 netter, 2.etg. med fin balkong og solnedgang. Basseng og utegrill også benyttet. Kort vei til butikk og strand.»

«Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. »

«Lovely location and facility. Extremely spacious, has everything you need. Excellent communication.»

«Lovely property»

«Everything was clean and easy to find. The driveway takes a little figuring out, but once you figure it out it is easy enough. One nice little feature was the plug adapter in the Master Bathroom for US appliances. The views of Rotorua are really nice. We only stayed a couple of nights but would have been happy to be there for a longer stay.»
