«Had to literally call someone on the phone to come to front desk to check in, window missing in or open in food area because air was off in lobby area. Most importantly killed cockroaches in our room - very disgusting! Broken glass in parking lot - definitely went down hill from the previous year and there was no breakfast. Ice machine not working… list just kept adding up - felt like we should have got our money back or should have been told about the property. Plus the property going thru ...

«Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.»

«Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.»

«Ice machine did not work has to go down two doors. The pool needed to be cleaned and the filter room was dirty. The pool was cloudy and could not see the bottom. Did not use it. It's on whirl pull did not work and sand in the bottom. Did not use it. Service and food was excellent.»

«My room was not cleaned sufficiently. The bathroom floor was filthy and unmopped with hair all over it. The used soap was still left in the soapdish, however, there were clean towels. The TV remote had dead batteries. When I turned down the made up bed I found used sheets that had obviously not been changed. The pillow cases appeared to have been the only thing changed. The staff on duty was very apologetic and went to my room and remade the bed with clean linens. She said she would talk to the ...

«Had the Wedge salat. Great presentation. Not the most tender sirloin, and I wish the two polenta wedge had been warm and flavoured. Speedy service, but glasses stood empty for a while. »
