- With everything self-serve, I was worry about needing support in case things went wrong, but they were pretty on point with instructions for checking in and email communication. I didn't encounter any issues.
- The location is fairly convenient. It's quiet most of the time, but can hear the street and the drunks every so often early in the morning.
- No room cleaning during our stay. But they provide denough towels for everybody so we can wash them ourselves daily. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no heat, and could feel a bit chill at night.
- There are 2 washing machines (free of charge) in the common dining area for all the guests. Washing takes 40 mins and drying takes 100 mins. The machines are busy at night. The guests have to manage their time to make sure they can wash their towels and laundries. it was nice to be able to do laundries while traveling.
- The common area also offer self-serve luggage lockers.
- All the beds come with a charging station. They also provided extension cables and extra charging cable.
- Areas for improvement:
- Add more washing machines or get commercial grade washing machines so that laundry can be done quicker. Taking 2 hrs to do laundry is too long. The current machines are also that very big.
- There was not enough space around the bathroom sink. Could add more shelving and hooks for extra space.
It was a value, comfortable stay overall. I would go back again.
