«The Elevator was removed and shipped to Texas six weeks for repair. We arrived at 9:00 pm to check in. She said the only room available was on the fourth floor and no elevator. I am a 84 year old veteran with my 78 year old wife. We were to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. In case of fire I guess we would burn up trying to get out. I can’t believe they can stay open! Holiday Inn should close them down immediately!»

«After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. «Nice clean easy check in and out»

«Very clean comfortable rooms.Nice breakfast buffet.»

«Short stay. Great staff»

«Clean room. Some garbage in hallways. Staff ok.»

«Parking was very easy with the parking garage right behind the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gave us food recommendations and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The room was very clean.»

«Good stay. No issues. Would stay again»

«This might be one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The entire place was so beautiful. The breakfast and everything provided was top notch. We will definitely be back.»
