This gorgeous, oceanfront home is outfitted with everything needed for a fantastic beach trip! The private, outdoor oasis really sets the tone for the whole trip. An oceanfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with an abundance of outdoor loungers. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. From the sundeck, you can walk through your private, wooden beach entrance and feel your toes in the sand. The other side of the pool hosts a fun, covered patio which includes an outdoor kitchen, and a luxurious lounger. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini-fridge, sink, and propane grill.

The covered patio is connected to the pool house. The pool house includes one guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the garage. This is a great room for those seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the main house. Please note: this is the only room in the house without heat. It does have A/C but not heat. It's rarely cold enough to need heat here but please be aware if booking in Winter.

The other side of the pool deck leads into the first floor of the main house. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor of the main house. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, separate access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The primary suite holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, double vanity, and spacious, walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom including a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. Also adjacent to this bathroom is the last bedroom and it's perfect for tiny travelers! It features two twin/full bunk beds and even includes two twin trundle beds allowing for up to 8 guests in just this bedroom.

The second floor of the home holds the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and oceanfront balcony. The second level's open floor plan allows for endless ocean views! The oceanfront living room features a large sectional and flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features additional counter space between the dining area and kitchen.

The home includes a convenient laundry room as well as a 2-car garage and driveway. This home allows for up to 4 vehicles or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that we do not allow trailer parking on-site but can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. Please be aware that the garage is fully manual so you would open and close it manually if you wanted to utilize it.

Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

This home is directly across from a Publix shopping plaza. The plaza includes restaurants, shops, and Florida's favorite grocery store - Publix! Within 1 mile of the home and a quick walk are also many other restaurants and shops.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Please note that the beach steps are currently damaged from the hurricane season and are being rebuilt. Guests can still easily access the beach from the property by just walking down the slope. You'll notice a little pedestrian path through the grass of how to do so.
