The house was pretty clean. However the dishes were not we had to wash a lot of them before using them.pans could use an upgrade maybe some cookie sheets. Bathrooms and tubs could have used a little better cleaning.(leftover hair & mildew shower curtain bottoms) Top of fridge had layers of dust and vents needed cleaned as they had dust on them.Overall it was a good stay. The master bed was a little too soft and we had a hard time not feeling like we were going to roll off the bed. Pool toys set aside outside needed cleaned. There was a stroller and high chair in the garage where the game room was. (Some AC would have been beneficial although there was a box fan left) Also the lounger by the pool the blue color came off while we were laying in them. If you want the pool heated you have to pay for it otherwise it’s ice cold. The hose was originally left in the pool and we had to pull it out, which it had some grease or grim on it that was hard to get off my hands. Rules were posted every when which made it feel less comfortable and a little stressful. Also book of information was outdated and so was the license that was posted (might want to get that fixed) Neighborhood was quiet and in a good place by the other resorts it’s close to stores and shopping. The place felt like it was kinda forgotten and could use some upgrades. This would be good for a large family to stay at or a small sports team. It is about 30 minutes from Disney with traffic. Overall, a pretty decent stay.
