Welcome to this beautiful Clear Creek vacation rental, a unique house that has the best water view and largest pool deck in the neighborhood. The house can host up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each suite and a pack and play for younger visitors.

This home's position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made Central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. The house is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or simply relax by the pool.

Enjoy the privacy of your south-facing pool and hot tub with a lake view. The pool deck is expanded on both sides, making it perfect for families of all sizes. There are four sun loungers, a shaded dining table, and a cooling ceiling fan available for those days you just want to relax and spend the day by the pool. There is also a grill on the pool deck for your convenience.

Recent upgrades include the following:
General - fresh paint; upgraded WiFi; BBQ grill
Living room - new furniture (sofa, loveseat, and chair); 75" flat screen TV
Dining area - new dining room set with a bench
Kitchen - all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stovetop, and microwave); new lighting fixtures installed; upgraded faucet; new granite countertops
Bathrooms - new faucets and shower heads; new granite countertops

When staying at this house, you can expect nothing but the best! The home has an open arrangement perfect for family stays. There is a central living area with comfortable furniture and a 75" flat screen TV. In addition, there are flat screen TVs in four of the bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, themed linens (Frozen and Avengers), quality bath and pool towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. The following are also provided upon your arrival: two kitchen trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, hand soap in each bathroom, and two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We do not provide coffee, tea, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or any other items not listed above.

We ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standards and thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. Our property management team lives nearby and can provide immediate assistance with any guest issues.

This vacation house includes the following amenities:

This home is located right off Highway 27, North of the US 192 intersection. Only 20 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, and 25 to 40 minutes away from all major Central Florida attractions. It is located to the west of I-4, allowing you to avoid major traffic. Enjoy a smooth ride home when you are exhausted after a long day at the attractions!

Walmart, Chili's, Burger King, KFC, Starbucks, and Publix are nearby. Town Center at Cagan Crossing is on the other side of Highway 27, offering lots of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets for you to explore.

Perfect Getaway!
We enjoyed our time at this property! It gave us a comfortable place to hang out as a family! The pool/hot tub combo was amazing! Plenty of relaxation and family fun! Close to great restaurant/stores. Close to Disney but out of the busy traffic!

Good Stay
My family of 10 (from infant to 62 years old) stayed for a week. Upon arrival, check in was easy and smooth. We read the stay instructions in the provided binder on the kitchen counter. The first night we tried to get the place to cool down but after using the pool and waiting, the temp stayed at 83 degrees so I messaged Jim. He took care of it right away as it was an HVAC issue that stemmed from the technician's check up prior to our arrival. We were able to get it sorted out the same night and the place finally cooled down and stayed cooled for the rest of our stay. Beach toys, chairs, and strollers were provided in the garage. On our non Disney park day, we just stayed in and ordered pizza while the kids enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the added convenience of having a washer and dryer. We did have a few freak outs with some small lizards and 1 large cockroach during our stay but those are things that just can't be helped while in Florida. The only thing we didn't really like was how much some of the neighbors were speeding in such a residential neighborhood. Cars were flying at least 40-45 mph down the 25 mph road at times. Otherwise, we would recommend this home!

Absolutely wonderful hosts/property manager shipped an iPad that was accidentally left during checkout. Very accommodating nice one story house was big enough for our family of 10. Very clean kitchen with no sugar ants, an issue we have ran into in almost every single home we have rented in Florida. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to all.

Beautiful vacation home
Close to everything. Awesome view of the lake from pool area. The kids enjoyed seeing ducks, little salamanders and even a small gater passing through. Quiet neighborhood close to everything, shopping, restaurants etc. Clean spacious interior. Everything we needed.

Fantastic holiday home
We enjoyed our stay here so much we’d consider staying again. The house was lovely and clean, the pool and outdoor area was clean and tidy. The house really has everything you need, there’s even an electric kettle, essential kit for the Brit abroad! The only tiny thing we could have used was an airer for drying clothes that can’t go in the dryer. But that’s nothing really, the sun loungers had cup holders, the height of luxury! The pool temperature was utterly perfect, not so warm it’s a bath, not so cold you couldn’t plunge right in. The check in process was very simple which we were grateful for because we arrived very late at night. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and friendly, we’d definitely recommend them and this house.

Clean Pool and Home!
10/10 clean home and pool. The spa heat and pool heat were free and were actually working the entire time. The beds were comfortable too. Beach items were available for our use and were a great bonus. I will share that other than the pool there is no other entertainment in the home so bring cards and games if you have kiddos!

Fully stocked home! You only need your clothes!
This house is clean, smelled great, spacious, fully stocked and in a good location! The owners have thought of everything from cute handwritten notes with snacks to hold of you off until you get to the store which Walmart is only 5 minutes away! Orange juicer for the fresh oranges you pick down the road. Fully stocked first aid kit for the kid who thinks they need a band aid on a tiny scratch. And my favorite… large skillet pan! I’ve been in so many rentals and this was a first and so much appreciated! There was plenty of pool and beach gear from sand toys to beach and camping chairs and coolers and a lot of towels. And so much for littles! I don’t have any but there was pack and plays, a handful of strollers, car seat, umbrellas. Everything! I could have left half the stuff we hauled from Wisconsin home! I emailed them a lot with questions and they responded almost immediately each time! So vey helpful and we would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your home!

Stay in Florida
Upon arrival at the property it had an overwhelming smell of weed and had dirty dishes in the cupboard. The property was suppose to be a non smoking property. I did message the owner and they did call me right away and had the property manager come the next day with an ozone machine. The smell didn’t change a lot. From my experience with weed smell it takes awhile to get the smell to go away. We went to Disney while we were there so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but if we were going to we probably would not have stayed there. We ended up leaving the night before checkout due to just wanted to be out of the property. In my experience with VRBOs they are rated too high from my experience with them.

Cool spot
House was clean and the guys enjoyed the pool, but watch out for those sneaky Florida frogs and lizards that will sneak into your house! It was a great spot...near lots of restaurants and was convenient to where we were playing golf. We enjoyed it!

Great stay in an area we love
This was our third stay in this residential area which for us is an ideal location, away from the noise and bustle but within easy driving for the parks. About 30 mins for Disney and 40 for Universal. Jim and Samantha’s property was similar in design to previous places we’ve stayed but in a nicer condition and decoration and with newer fittings and appliances. The pool also a bit larger than other houses with the bonus of a separate jet spa pool which was nice. Communication from the hosts was excellent before and during the booking, all information provided clearly when we needed it. We only had one information question to ask during the stay about operation of the spa and we had a response back within minutes. All in all a fabulous holiday and a lovely property for the 5 of us, no problems and great hosts, couldn’t fault it! Thanks Jim and Samantha for a great holiday.
