Step through the stylish foyer into the massive great room—the heart of this 7,200-square-foot mansion that sleeps up to 28 guests. This cozy spot will be your go-to for relaxation and conversation—and enthusiastically recapping an exciting day at Disney. Unwind on sleek yet comfy furnishings, turn on the oversized TV, and enjoy the ambiance of this home's clean-lined Contemporary design.

Kitchen & Dining
Move the conversation over to the adjacent open-concept kitchen, the perfect hangout thanks to its massive island and crisp, modern countertops with surrounding bar stools. Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)<
In addition to the two themed kids' rooms, nine more sumptuous bedrooms with en suite baths are the perfect retreat for the grownups.

On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries, including a master king bedroom, a regular king bedroom, and a second master with queen beds and a double door walkout to the pool patio. On the second floor, you'll find six more premium bedrooms—five with a king bed and one with two full beds. Each private haven features standout Contemporary décor, high-end furnishings, plush bedding, and beautiful en suite baths.

About The Village Orlando
The Village Orlando is the only Homes by Villatel community where every home was designed and developed by Villatel from the ground up. Brand standards aren't retrofitted here — they're built in. Located minutes from Orlando's major attractions, with easy access to I-4 and the 429.

• Driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in windshields. Cars parked on the street will be towed.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
