Nightmares at the mouse house
No light switches working properly smoke detectors removed top of stairs,nail head sticking up in center of stair,pool filthy,hot tub freezing,kitchen sink handle broken,cherry on top some didn’t pay the electric bill.other than that made the best of a bad situation.

Misleading Pool Description
The listing advertised a heated pool and hot tub. My children were very excited to swim and sit in the hot tub. When we arrived both the pool and hot tub were very cold. I messaged the owner and was told if we wanted to pool and hot tub heated we had to message her a couple days prior to have the heater turned on. To run the heater for the pool and hot tub was also an additional $20/day. We did not know any of this until after we arrived. We were disappointed and frustrated that we were never told we had to request the heated pool be heated! I messaged the owner to see if the heater could then be turned on and never got a reply. This house has a lot of potential, but needs a little TLC. There were many lights that didn’t work including the only kitchen light, main living room light, the pink princess room light, and the vanity light in the frozen master bathroom. We had to bring a lamp into the kitchen for light and I used my flashlight on my phone to do my makeup in the master frozen bathroom. The Wii remotes didn’t work and we couldn’t find any board games that were advertised. The kitchen facet was broken as well. There was no welcome basket. The outside area was also very dirty. With a little extra care this could be a great place to stay, just needs a little work and more accurate listing.

Disappointed
The pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, there were stains on the rugs, the closet doors were off the tracks, the pool was cold and the outside tables were dirty, there was wholes in the walls, duct tape held one of the toilet seats together, many lightbulbs were out. We didn’t get the door keys until just a couple of hours prior to check in time. Communication with the host was poor. I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Themed Well Yet Disappointed with Quality/Functionality
My family booked this as a last minute option due to its cute Disney theme. It’s evident the owner has put effort into making this a true Mouse House - the beauty and the beast room was my favorite and my niece loved the princess room. Although themed very well making it a fun house for families - my family was disappointed in some of the functionality and quality of them place - light switches didn’t work/lights wouldn’t turn on, kitchen faucet fallen off, not enough towels for the bathrooms, outside door to pool wouldn’t lock (although a board was put in place to keep it closed - made us nervous if kids moved it), floors were dirty (feet/socks were black after walking), cockroach in garage, stained carpet, pool area looked untouched for a long time, there was duct tape holding together a cracked toilet seat, and we had to replace batteries in remotes to get them to work. Overall, likely my family would not book again but believe this place would be an excellent place if some time and attention where put to it as it has great potential (set up, kid friendliness, space, location to activities, theme, open layout, etc.)

Close to parks
This was a great place to stay off site if you’re visiting Disney. My only complaint was the pool was very green and hot tub temp was low the first two days of our stay. Pool cleaner came and pool/hot tub were great the rest of our trip.

disney themed house
my overall impression with this house was good....if you are looking for disney themed this is the house for you... its everywhere...there were some issues that needed looking after but after we fixed them ..we settled in and it was a great stay...there is lots of room for everyone and its very open ...the location is excellent...publix.. pharmacy... gas station.. ice cream place are all within a 5 minute drive..the one issue i had was i have difficulty with stairs and hills and the drive way at this house is not a "slight incline"... its a very steep hill and we parked our car on the street... anyone with mobility issues would not do well with this laneway...some of the things that were in the pictures were not in the house... (the princess beds did not have netting on them and that was one of the reasons i rented it for the grandchildren) so that was a disappointment. and the pool area and furniture need replacing.. but overall the house is a great place to stay and i would recommend it to anyone. i would stay there again except for the laneway. It was just too hard with my breathing and mobility ...but it is definitely a good place to stay

Clean, with lots to do to keep kids occupied
For our trip to Disney, we stayed at the Ultimate Mouse House with my husband and our 3 kids, ages 4, 2, and 2 months, his parents, and his brother & his family (5 kids ages 5-13). We had plenty of room, and there were lots of amenities for the kids to enjoy. The pool was awesome! It is not heated but the solar cover keeps it so warm! We enjoyed it and the hot tub after long days in the park. The kids enjoyed the game room, especially the ping pong table and the toys that were there. I feel like this house is great for families with kids of all ages. It was super nice to have a place for our 2 month old to sleep without us having to bring extra equipment. The house was very clean upon our arrival, but there were several minor things broken or damaged in some way when we arrived. Just little things, like blinds, chairs, a closet door, and lamps that were damaged but still functional. I did message the property owner to let her know about those things in case she wasn’t aware, but I didn’t get a response. We also didn’t have a “welcome basket”, but there were things like soap, detergent, and dryer sheets there for us. Not a big deal, just not what the description says. Overall, this was a great place for us, and if we go to Disney with our whole family again like that, I would stay here again if we could!

Loved this Mouse House
Went for Christmas 2022. Things started off not so great as I noticed as we pulled up and noticed the door code had not been added to the app. I called the owner and she immediately gave us the code, and mentioned she had been sick (which made things not so bad). We loved the house and all the themed rooms, there was even a Christmas tree! There were toys in the garage for my 1 year old to play with as well as stuff for my older children to do. We skipped the pool because it was really cold, in the 40s and 50s, but it also look very nice and refreshing. The only thing I would change is the distance from parks, it was at least a 30 minute drive to the parks

Cute Property Close to Disney
This is a great property for a girls trip to disney! The rooms were well themed and comfortable, everything was clean, and the pool and hot tub were lifesavers after long days walking in the park. One thing to keep in mind is that the bedrooms didn't have ceiling fans, only floor fans, but that's a minor detail. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The house was great very spacious, there was supposed to be a welcome basket according to online and we didn’t get one, you couldn’t mess with the thermostat, wash cloths and towels were provided but there was only a total of 5 with 3 full bathrooms. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed the stay. Just wished the property owner communicated better with me.

Great House close to Parks!
Great house clean and large. Super comfy beds and 5 themed rooms. Kids loved Princess and Star Wars Rooms. Has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Great pool and hot tub. Pool was supposed to be heated but still felt quite cold even after msging host on 1st day. There are some cosmetic updates needed like broken lights, blinds, wii system/game discs and games in the garage but nothing that ruined our stay. Communication with the host was horrible I had issues with this from a month before making the whole lead up to our vacation very stress filled for me. Finally heard from the host the day before our checkin after reaching out to VRBO to assist. Almost a perfect stay if communication with the host would have been better.

This was a win
PROS: this house has everything you need. Honestly. Everything you need as if you live there. This is NOT an old crusty place. Most— if not all— the things are new. Washer & dryer m, even laundry soap. Plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. Gas grill & charcoal. Cookware & utensils. Huge pool & hot tub at no extra charge. CONS: some of the tvs did not work (NEW TVS but previous ppl broke them) The incline drive way but hey I live upstairs so not that big of a deal. The grass needed cutting.

Property was nice. The owner was quick to respond and was nice My grandkids loved the pool. My suggestions for the owner to make a binder of how to turn things on and where things are. In the binder I would put things to do around town and the distance for those places. Let them know where the grocery store are and restaurants are.

Amazing property. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The owner was on call when I needed her, very responsive. One of the first vacation homes with plenty of necessities (laundry, kitchen utensils, grill that is INCLUDED!). I really enjoyed our stay, will book again!

Good location but needs some attention.
It is a nice house and in a really convenient and good looking neighborhood. House could use an update on its decor and several items were not functioning like the hot tub heater was not working and some of the items for kids entertainment were non functional. The Nintendo wii would not read the discs and controllers were not working, there was several broken toys in game room so we decided not to use it at all to avoid being blamed for their condition. The refrigerator had no working water or ice machine. Other than that it was really clean and a nice place to stay, very close to all parks.

Fantastische complete woning
Het is een leuke woning met in detail doorgevoerd “Disney thema”. De woning is perfect gelegen met korte afstanden naar de Disney parken circa 30 minuten en nabij gelegen supermarkten en eetgelegenheden. De woning verkeerd in prima conditie en zijn echter wel een paar storende kleine gebreken.

Nice family vacation
Overall a pleasant stay. Disappointing that the yard wasn’t mowed and you had to walk through weeds and overgrowth to throw trash away. The game room was a big sell for us and skeeball is broken. It was really nice having toys and baby amenities. Pool toys were mostly broken so I would bring your own and there is also not really lights for the pool at night. You definitely get your moneys worth and all the bedding is super comfortable. I didn’t contact the owner for anything during the stay so I can’t say how communication is.

Good Place to stay
Owner very responsive House is decorated exactly as pictured Pool was great hot tub great , the free use of the gas grill is a big bonus though we never got use this trip because of rain on the days we got home from the parks at a decent hour( normally would use daily) You can tell the house has been rented a lot needs someone to go in and do a few touch ups and minor repairs. Two things I was disappointed with the garage had a lot of things old broken tv, and the ping pong paddles were all broke. And on the VRBO it show 3 beds in the Star Wars room. ( the number o e reason we picked this place) had 3 ,13 year old boys for a Disney/ Star Wars birthday weekend and there were only the one bunk bed But overall a good place to stay

Such a cool house!
We really enjoyed our stay! It is close to everything, property manager was excellent, the house was fully stocked. Some minor cleanliness issues but easily fixable and we would totally stay again! So much fun for the kids and all of the decorations are adorable!

I'd listen to Reviews and expect the unexpected
It was a headache getting there due to traffic which didn't help the arrival. Received a call after numerous attempts to inform the owner that we'd be arriving a couple hours sooner then we thought. Thought we'd arrival more around 9/ 10pm but we arrived about 6pm. House was a mess. Looked like someone stayed there weeks prior and no clean up was done. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, crumbs on kitchen floor as if someone swept it towards the wall and just left it. Owner did say the cleaning person was running late and for the inconvenience she'd send us $$ through cash app. Was a nice gesture but all we wanted to do at that point was to wash up and relax, nevertheless we changed and left for dinner. Coming back the house was in better shape. The dishwasher was still going which was disturbing knowing that dirty dishes just sat there for who knows how long. Garage/ play area was a hot mess, baby stuff/ house stuff and old decorations laying around, not organized, nothing like the picture. Outdoor pool area is nothing like the pictures as well. Dirty tables, patio was gross, cigarette buds around, just a mess. One grill was dirty and not set up for use. There was a nice new clean grill but it wasn't set up. Pool and hot tub was nice, had some issues with heating, about 3rd /4th day someone finally came out and fixed it. Overall stay was alright. Nice neighborhood, very family friendly location. Not far from other places. Hoping the owner steps it up on communication with renters, works on professional skills and stays on top of cleanliness with house.

Terrible do not rent
We went to the house everything looked fine as far as the house When we rented for a week We were supposed to have heated pool and jacuzzi The lady kept giving us excuses and saying that she will heat the pool and jacuzzi and that she’s ending a guy to come and fix it and that never happened When we spoke with her she was so rude She kept saying with an attitude “are you Done” when I was talking to her She ruined my family’s vacation since we came to Orlando to just sit in the pool and enjoy she was just acting nasty to us giving us hope with empty promises I do not recommend renting from her and if I was able to give her no starts I would Terrible experience

To clarify this a bit, this family booked the house at 10 or 11 pm the night before they arrived. Their booking made NO mention of wanting the pool heated, not that I could've had the pool heat turned on at 10 PM on a Friday night anyway. The next evening when the guests arrived, they said they'd come for a heated pool, and I said I'd send someone out to turn the pool heat on first thing Monday morning--which I did. That said, obviously it takes a large pool a certain amount of time to heat, especially with temperatures going down to 40 degrees at night. So when the customer complained about the cold pool the next day, I told her it would take some time and that the pool couldn't maintain its temperature without the solar cover at night. At this point, the customer became belligerent and began exclaiming that she was the customer, and that the customer is always right, and that she didn't want to hear any excuses--she wanted the pool heated to 95 degrees IMMEDIATELY (which literally isn't even possible.) And yes, I absolutely kept asking if she was done speaking because I simply couldn't get a word in edgewise to attempt to troubleshoot the problem or learn what was happening. I even texted her photos of the invoice the pool company had charged me for first going out to turn the pool on and then going back to see if it was running, in an attempt to show her that I had indeed contacted them as stated. It turned out that a line in the pool heater was partially clogged, so the pool was heating much more slowly than usual, but it wasn't a problem that was immediately noticeable by the pool company. I had it fixed as soon as it could be scheduled and of course, I didn't charge them for pool heating. I also didn't charge the customers when they demanded to stay several hours past the normal check out time. Frankly, at this point I was simply tired of being accused of lying. If the customers had planned ahead, the pool heat would have been turned on in advance and the problem would have been discovered and fixed much earlier.

Horrible . Trip from hell
This house is not what it seems the owner txt me while I was 20 min away from the home to tell Me that just the bed lenning need to be washed and house was not cleaned and that she would refund me . But I said if it’s just the lemmings that need to be clean I would do it . I arrived the the complex . Couldn’t e en recognize the house Bc the grass was soo high . When I final found the house the door go to the house was already opened walking it in it was trashed looked like it wasn’t it toched in moths things were broken the house was hot as hell and better yet the cherry on top ! There was no running water in the house as well It looked like no one has attended to the house in years . Even the neighbors we’re shock that some one has rented the place .. overall mess I was stranded because the house was not stay able I had my 2 month old with me and it was just stressfulll we ended up leaving the same day almost 24 hours out in the street ! Shouldn’t b renting it out to ppl if yu are not gana keep the house kept it up to date !

A Disney stay without the Disney price tag
This is the Ultimate Mouse House. Each room was meticulously decorated with its theme, even the light fixtures. Kids and adults were please with the decor. The house was clean and very functional for our multi-family trip. The house was an easy drive to the parks and other Orlando activities. There are plenty of stores around to grab what you need before heading out for some fun. We did take time to enjoy the house though. The pool was nice along with the playroom in the garage. The kitchen had all the gadgets you need. The gas grill outside was an added bonus for pool time. We would definitely rent again if traveling to the area.

Excellent stay!
The property was as advertised. This was our first foray into the home rental experience, and the owner could not have been more helpful. Any time I had a question she was immediately reachable and helpful. We had 5 adults and three children on this trip, and we all absolutely loved the place! The proximity to Disney, with no real traffic to contend with, was perfect. We'll definitely be interested in staying here again!

Property is Very close to Magic Kingdom and to all Disney Parks and everything near very nice location. Don’t have anything negative to say about it. Amazing Disney House
Brought my family down for a few days and my kids were begging not to leave. Was a bit nervous over a recent review, but everything was absolutely perfect. The Disney decorating and pool are amazing, the mattresses are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. On top of that, we accidentally clogged a drain while we were there and Jillian had it fixed in a couple hours and was super nice about it. Planning on coming back for a longer stay next year.

Great potential but needs some work!
We were so excited from the pictures and reviews about this property but unfortunately from arrival it did not live up to expectations! The door code did not work and then there was no welcome basket,the patio door did not lock and the outside was full of broken rotting pool toys. Jillian did work hard to try to resolve the problems but it took a while and then we also had other things break, the pool was not cleaned and had weeds growing inside and an official warning sign pasted to the door about unpaid taxes! It is such a shame as we loved the extras eg Wii and table tennis, the outside seating area was fab and the beds on the whole the most comfortable we have ever had. The location is fantastic and I think maybe we were just unlucky and Jillian’s staff are maybe not treating the villa as well as she would hope.

Magnifique séjour en famille
Idéale pour un séjour en famille. La maison est grande et laisse assez d'espace pour chacun (nous étions 9) Les chambres à thème ont fait le plaisir des petits comme des grands. La piscine est super. Merci à Jillian. 😃
