Kom til hotellet ca kl 15. Lang kø for å sjekke inn. Fikk beskjed om at vi skulle få email når rommet var klart siden innsjekk ikke startet før kl 16. Fikk aldri email. Kl 16 stilte vi oss i en lang kø igjen, for å få utdelt rom. Rommet vi fikk var skittent, hår i sengen, skittent bad og matrester på kjøkkenet. Ba derfor om nytt rom. Ble sittende i lobbyen til kl 22 før vi endelig fikk et nytt rom, etter å ha mast på de ansatte 3 ganger. For hver gang virket det ut som de hadde glemt at vi ventet. Flere andre reisende hadde også problemer med rommene, noen hadde til og med fått et rom der det allerede var en familie. Pga den lange ventetiden og problemene skulle vi få refundert en natt. De pengene venter vi fortsatt på. Daglig renhold ble ikke utført. Personellet tømmer kun bossdunken på kjøkkenet. Tredje dagen tok de med seg de brukte handklærne, men kom ikke tilbake med nye.

Vi beklager veldig å høre at oppholdet ditt ikke var så behagelig som vi hadde håpet. Å rope på personalet og være verbalt fornærmende er imidlertid en uakseptabel måte å håndtere situasjonen på, og ville vanligvis ha ført til å bli kastet ut fra eiendommen. Når det er sagt, har kommentarene dine blitt sendt videre til ledergruppen for gjennomgang og løsning fremover.

Property has a great pools and a water park. Room was a great size, however for the price point some items were a bit banged up or not functioning. Telephone did not work. Fridge and stove were banged up. Master bathroom receptacle was coming off the wall. Fitted sheet was missing on one bed. Pool staff were excellent. House keeping were responsive. Front desk manager was not very polite when requested a 11am check out, which was offered two days before check out. Would have rated overall stay 4 stars but room above was hammering on our floor everyday at 8am for 6 days straight. You are staying at a resort geared for kids so keep that in mind. Resort is a 20 minute drive to Theme parks and less than 10 minutes to all grovery and drug stores. Medical service is also nearby. Cheers,

This is our second time staying since we had a first great stay. I loved how clean the room is and the Bed is so comfortable. I loved that we had kitchen, laundry and living room to share with the entire family. What I did not like about the stay - our room was on 6th floor but garage only till 5. So we had to park car and take elevator up with all our luggage and make multiple trips. Second and more importantly we had a do not disturb sign on door and yet someone came in to bring a dish back in that was cleaned. To me that was a huge red flag since we have our valuables from the parks, medication etc all out. The very valuable items were in the safe but still. We called front desk and reported and all they did was say to check if anything is missing and if so to call back so security could come up and file a claim. Nothing was missing but no one should be going into the room if do not disturb is on - especially since they don’t do housekeeping until after checkout (or for additional $$).

Amazing waterpark and pools. Property and suites were clean and great. Only negatives were the cost of resort fees and early check out. late check out wasnt available. Parking garage was tight. Overall great resort though.

I was there for 9 days with my boys we had a great time parks were open all day however them pools I didn’t see anyone cleaning them there was plastic lids at the bottom of pool from drinks for a few days also them red flys were crazy around the pool area should be sprayed or something your eaten Alive . staff was so nice all of them and welcoming , hotel is a maze couldn’t find the room for a half hour , rooms were semi clean you can tell they don’t deep clean but overall beautiful resort safari is nice bar closes hours before the park on safari side makes no sense there was also a few days were the safari kid park was closed so hot small kids would love that overall 4 out of 5 beautiful, property is clean but them pools need to be cleaned more

They gave me an apartment that was dirty. We had to go all the way back to get a new room. Really inconvenient. We were in a big family. Once we got situated the apartment was ok. Not what you see in the pictures. Normal apartment with 3 bedrooms. We only got room service one day, they never went back to clean in 5 nights we were there. I had free parking and they kept charging me for my parking. Took over 30min during check out to give me my credit back. The water park is conveniently located. And that was nice.

We have stayed at the Grove many times and often recommend it to people. This last stay missed the mark totally. We would not go back. Unfortunately we brought family with us and had multiple rooms and were embarrassed that we had raved about this hotel. Someone was shot and killed while we were there and there was no communication from the staff at all! We woke up to police and media everywhere and had to ask them what happened as the hotel provided no communication to guests that it was safe to be there. The cleanliness has gone downhill by far. Lazy river was dirty. And hallways had holes in the walls. The outdoor grounds and pool/waterpark are beautiful. The units are in good shape and a good size. Beds are comfy and the rooms are very quiet. Those are the pros. Unfortunately you pay a huge resort fee and don't get anything for it. Not once in 6 days did someone come and give fresh towels or change sheets or empty the garbages. Not worth the price compared to other places in the area. Was much better pre covid and even 2 years ago.

We love the Grove. Rooms are fantastic. Check in terribly slow though. Self check in kiosks weren’t working for anyone. There was 3 ppl working the counter on a Saturday. We waited nearly 50 minutes.

The property is beautiful and the size of the suite was great. The water park is great. You do have to pay for the surf simulator and for the price, it’s not worth it. There is a resort fee of $230 which is outrageous given you do not have housekeeping services or clean towels, including pool towels. Someone was shot and killed during our stay and there was no communication from the staff. There is an early check in fee that we were not made aware of. Finally, our suite had a terrible odour, almost like cat urine. We will not likely return given the abundance of other properties that are similarly priced.

Could use a update a little worn down but overall nice. The fridges don’t have ice machine. The layout is nice we were 7 2 adults and 5 kids and it was comfortable. Pool had a bit to much Chlorine and lazy river was dirty.
