Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, with additional flexibility in the main living area. Two master suites each feature a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan - one includes direct access to the pool and spa along with an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet. The remaining bedrooms include a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas provide extra sleeping options.
