The rooms and hotel itself seemed and smelled clean. The coffee in the lobby was nice and strong, not weak. The breakfast was good especially for the price of 10$. No complaints.

only thing we weren’t impressed with (may be due to time of year) was the hotel bar and pool bar were completely closed despite the mid 90s weather.

Excelent service at check in , not sure of if I catch the name right from the guy that did our check in ( Marcelo or Mauricio). The rooms were spacious, room was clean ,and with enough towels for the 4 of us. Definitely will be back.

They definitely need more experience with Expedia and knowing how to book properly. The employee at my check-in had me feeling like a criminal when trying to check in for my stay. Claiming I had no booking and that I had not paid (in front of other guests) - it was embarrassing to say the least and no amount of apology 2 days later could change the way they made me feel or started my trip.

I love how convenient the property is and the reasonable pricing. Staff was very friendly as well as responsive when contacted. My only issue was that my bed smelled liked urine and they did change the sheets but it still smelled. When alerted of there still being an issue, we were moved to a different room immediately which turned out to be ok.

The front desk staff are rude. I pre-paid for the room but I got charged on my credit card as well. Asked the front desk why I had charges and the guy with long black hair looked at me like I was crazy and didn’t want to listen to me. He didn’t check anything on the account. So now 3 days later I have an extra charge on my credit card. This hotel needs more knowledgeable and nicer front desk staff.

Trypp was a nice motel in a pretty location. The room was big so that was awesome. Comfortable and are needs we're fulfilled. The breakfast was 10 USD so not free so remember to budget that in.

My son and I had a great stay here at TRYP during our vacation. It was a four minute drive to Seaworld and Discovery Cove, as well as near CVS, Walgreens, a grocery store, miniature golf, and an outlet mall. Very clean, and comfortable. Staff was always helpful, available, and attentive.
