Stunning home with private pool and spa on water with views of Disney fireworks

Sanibel Villa, our wonderful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home away from home is located in the gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, in Kissimmee, Florida.  The estate is regarded as one of the most upmarket private rental communities in the Disney World and Kissimmee tourist area.

All the properties located at Formosa Gardens are typically executive class with spacious grassed and hedged areas between properties, giving guests total privacy.  There is quite simply, no other place like it within the Disney square mile.

Sanibel Villa has a prime spot within the estates, perched alongside the waterlines of Star Lake.  Facing the North East which means a guaranteed firework display almost every night of the year that lights up the entire sky, and reflecting off the lake.

Shops, restaurants, 24-hour hyper-markets are all just one mile away, Walt Disney World Resort is just a few minutes’ drive away (Animal Kingdom is our closest park) and there are several award winning Golf courses nearby (and some great crazy golf courses for the kids!).

Sanibel Villa is furnished to a very high standard, by an interior design company, fully air-conditioned, spacious at 3,500 sq ft villa sleeps 10.

There are two Master bedrooms with American King beds (Super King in the UK).  They have en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, sitting areas and TVs. There is also another Master bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are a twin bedroom and a kid’s double bunk bedroom which share a separate bathroom.

Each bedroom has a TV with cable and the family room also has a DVD player and a Playstation 3. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.
There is also a beautifully furnished games room with a high-quality pool table and foosball (table football). There is more sitting space here to relax and watch the big screen plasma TV.

An extended deck for all day sun surrounds our large 30 x 18ft very private swimming pool and luxury hot tub. There is a covered lanai with reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for relaxing and eating outside while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake. There is also an outside TV!  For Alfresco cooking enthusiasts, a purpose built Gas BBQ area is provided.
Our home is fully managed locally, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem. To maintain a high quality of service for all our guests, we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.
Sanibel has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, 2 x Playstations V 2 & 3, DVDs, board games and loads of books.

The home is always kept to a very high standard and annually we budget for any refurb needs to keep the home up to date and looking at its best.
