Highly recommended
Exactly as described. Location very good for your vacation, really close to the parks and shopping. House is in beautiful gated community, very secure with a lot of amenities. House very clean inside and out. Hats down to the owner for pool heating, it was a pleasure to use it. Will be back again for sure.

Perfect layout
The house has everything you need. Tv’s in every bedroom and garage. 2 bedrooms have 4 piece ensuites, and a third 4 piece bathroom. The resort was quiet and clean and had quite a bit to offer. Tiki bar wasn’t open doing some reno’s. Should be open by May.

Super Stay
The ease that Paul, the property owner and Terre Verde the resort that the property is in made our stay was incredible. My son has a house in Terre Verde so we were familiar with the property, VRBO and Paul made staying in his house simple. The central location of Terre Verde makes going anywhere in the Orlando area simple and if you choose to stay in the resort there’s more than enough to do. Paul’s house is incredible and when the need arises, when my sons baby arrives, we’ll be reaching out to lease the property again!!u

Nice home
Enjoyed our stay and everything was as pictured. Kitchen supplies are very limited so it took a while to cook being that it was only one medium size skillet. Also everything in Orlando took us a hour or more to get to. You do have to purchase a $20 gate key once you arrive and the clubhouse pool closes at 530 daily so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but it looked very nice and clean . Overall we enjoyed the house very much.

Stopover before cruise
The property was a very nice house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean. Comfortable. The beds were comfortable. It is in a gated community that is very well maintained. Tho we didn’t request heating of the pool it was heated. It is situated in a convenient area where there are plenty of stores and things around. We didn’t go to Disney world but it’s surrounded by all things Disney. Overall it was very nice.

Great location
Overall we were happy with our stay particularly as we got to bring our 2 small dogs. Pros: Location- the house is pretty close to the parks and Disney Springs and the resort amenities are nice. The house is plenty big with most things you need. The neighborhood is quiet which is a fantastic plus for us. The price of the rental feels fair if the pool is operational. The TV's are huge and the living room furniture is great. Cons: The propane tank was empty and the pool was broke =(. I didn't tell the property manager, while we stayed (I did towards the end of our stay) so I can't comment on responsiveness to those two issues but it was a real bummer given we had 2.5 days where it was warm enough to swim even w/o paying for heating. We ended up using the pool at the center, which was great. The beds are as bad as previous reviewers have noted. We walked 25 thousand steps a day so that wasn't great to return to. We also lacked some supplies. We found four washcloths total and each toilet paper roll was half full when we got there. Those are permissible items but it's always nice to have a heads up so you can plan accordingly =). Thanks for the stay!

It was unfortunate that the guests did not contact us regarding the pool and gas bottle. The pool was repaired within a day(blown fuse) and the gas bottle we replaced also within that time frame. The master and queen beds are new mattresses and toilet paper is under the sink if extra is needed

Perfect
Everything was so wonderful. Where do I start? The home was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I loved that there are 2 master bedrooms. The pool was perfect. The check in couldn't be any easier. The tiki bar drinks and snacks were quite decent and they have plenty of activities for the kids. We enjoyed morning walks on the beautiful property. I would definitely love to stay again.

Great Stay
We were surprised to find some extra perks we weren’t aware of. The clubhouse has a bunch of amenities. The house master actually has a king bed and the bunk bed has a double underneath with a twin above. Great stay and we would love to return

Great ‘home away from home’ location
This was a nice home with plenty of room for a large crowd. We enjoyed having the convenience of a private pool and, with it being at the end of a cul de sac, the minimal traffic outside. The ability to bring our dog with us made it feel like home. The furniture was comfortable and in great condition. We had all the necessary cooking utensils for us to prepare meals at home. Loved the coffee bar! I’m not sure who is responsible for the exterior property maintenance but the lawn was not mowed before we came nor during the week we were there. The lawn was full of hitchhikers (weed seeds) that got stuck in our dog’s fur every time she went outside. Besides a couple other minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this home again. Pros: good size kitchen, comfortable beds and couches, private pool, location Cons: no hot water at kitchen sink, lawn wasn’t mowed before or during our stay, pool needed cleaning

Great place & great time
Place was great for the price. Wish we stayed longer. End unit with a nice area to walk the dog. Close to everything. Place was clean & had ALOT of small the things you didn’t realized you needed like coffee filters ect. Nice couches & beds. Cleaning lady was there at 10:01 as we were pulling out but not a big deal if your on time I guess. I’d stay here again especially considering the price.

First VRBO experience
The home was nice and I enjoyed the pool. Our main complaint was the terrible beds. There were 4 women ages 35,70,76,80 and one male age 42 and he has bad back and spine issues. The only bed that was comfortable was the back master bedroom. The rest of us suffered poor sleep due to the poor mattresses. I would not rent this particular house in the future for this very reason.

Family Vacay to Orlando
The house was exactly as pictured and accomodated our family nicely with two teenagers and 4 adults. We enjoyed the pool being right at the house after a hot day in Orlando! We love the Terra Verda resort and all the amenities. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here for a family vacation to Disney and Universal. This house had everything we needed and is in a great location. We loved the pool and the quiet neighborhood. It was a nice way to take a break from the crowds of the parks. I highly recommended staying here if you are planning a trip to the parks.

Beautiful vacation villa
What a beautiful home. This property was clean and had anything we needed for our stay, even so much more. We enjoyed the pool during the day and movies at night on the big tv. The grounds were kept nice and the location was good. Close to attractions, food and stores. The owner, Paul was so nice and responded right away with any questions. The whole process was so easy. This was my first time renting a vacation home and I would definitely do it again. We loved this place.

Good spot!
This was a really good find for our last minute family Disney trip! It had everything we needed and was so easy to get to and from the parks. Near a main road with restaurants, grocery, all the essentials. Home was comfortable and suited all of our needs. Could use some new bedding and pillows but wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. The property also felt very safe with gate check in. Glad we found it!

Perfection achieved !!
Decided within the last month to take a quick getaway before winter hits the east coast - absolutely affordable is putting it mildly!! This place is immaculate !! The four bedrooms are beautiful and big and well organized for their use! Fresh linen's/ towels/ pillows/ blankets in each room . 3 Bathrooms was such a treat! Closets were stocked with any towel possibly desired. Kitchen was stocked to the brim with every utensil/pot/pan/bowls/cups/cutlery needed. Garage & washing machine/dryer is so helpful - and the big 70 in TV was great to have and relax to after long days at Disney ! The pool is heated !!! You’d think it’s strange having one in Florida - but what a LIFESAVER after walking for 3-4 hours at the Disney Parks coming back to this pool was such a relief for our bodies!! They didn’t spare anything when filling this house!! Even a basket of dog toys if you bring your pet !! Beautiful seating area outside with the grill was great! Privacy is top notch and the gate security and clubhouse staff is attentive and helpful !! 3-4 miles to Disney Parks and the peace and quiet after a day at the parks is perfect! I’ve stayed at varied VRBOs and I’m never disappointed but this place is a GEM!!! Fully enjoyed every last second here ( pool etc ! ) We will be booking shortly in 2023 !! This is now one of our #1 fav places !!!
