This property is run down, everything looked falling apart and their were crockroches moving around in the walls and on the kithen counter and cabinets. The beds were all stained and nothing looked like the listing. This property is a health hazard. I attempted multiple times to contact the host and he or she never responded. I contact Vbro for assistance and I'm still waiting on a full refund since we were not going to stay in a property of that kind. Have to look in the middle of the night for another property after traveling for 16 hours. Having children, it was extremefy disgusting seeing the crockroches moving all over the place and dead ones on the floor just left there. You can tell this property has not been cleaned for a very long time. The ceiling fans were full of dust and the rooms as well, extremely disgusting and the place itself smell like mildew. I will gladly share some of the picture I capture for reference. Be very carefull with this host.

Girls/Cousins trip 2025 was great!! The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated all 6 of us. The pool and patio area was really nice. There were a few hiccups but they were taken care of pretty quickly. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Cold Pool

House was great! Basic supplies such as trash bags and toilet paper , paper towel were lacking for 9 people for a week stay. I chose this house because of the hot tub which wasn't a hot tub and an inground pool which I requested heat and then told that is not a possiblility. The water was freezing . Our family loves to swim and was very disappointed that we didn't get to use the pool daily as we planned. The house and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Loved the code to enter the home and the daily pick up of trash. House was clean with lots of space.

DON'T BE FOOLED! AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

I never write reviews but after my experience renting this property and my awful experience, I feel like I have no choice. I stayed at this property with my husband and 4 small children and had the worst experience I have ever had. Upon looking at other reviews I spoke with the property management company and was told that I should ignore all of the bad reviews because improvements had been made. DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was. Nothing was improved. The communication with the property management company was horrible. They never call you back. They are not available on weekends, and they have the worst customer service of any company I have EVER delt with. The house is extremely dirty, holes in the walls all over the place, the carpet is disgusting, the refrigerator was literally missing large pieces, the cupboards are falling apart. I have rented MANY other homes in champions gate, and this is god awful. Just do yourself a favor and RENT ANOTHER HOME.

Don't Book!! Cancel if you did!!!

"Our recent stay at this Orlando house was a letdown. It's not about being picky, but this place was just plain dirty – my wife even spotted a cockroach in the kitchen, and I discovered a dead one in the upstairs cupboard, adding to the unpleasant experience. The mattresses and pillows were lousy, giving me neck pain. Sofas were beat up, fixtures were falling apart everywhere. Dad got stuck in a bedroom with a busted door. Upstairs shower was a joke, just dribbles of water. Patio door latch was wonky, and pool heating we asked for is still a no-show after two days. We sent photos of the problems to the management company, and their response was a joke – they just said they 'took note of it' and did absolutely nothing! To top it off, we called again about the pool heating, and turns out they can't fix it because it keeps 'tripping out.' They meant to ring us but didn't. They claim there's nothing they can do about it. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay."

Thanksgiving 2023 at Champions Gate

I booked this property six day and from the beginning nothing but problems. I was in contact with someone from the company and she was helpful but limited to what she could do in other word she was the MESSENGER. The property was filthy not clean at all, the linen was dirty and we had to go out and purchase new linen as well as towels which looked like someone used them to work on a car. The pool did not work properly, it was leaking water and not allowing anyone to use. Just so happen the pool guy showed up three days later and stated that he has to fill this pool up every time the house is rented so means that management knows their is an issue but continue to rent. The carpet is soiled and stained, that we had to go out and purchase cleaning material to attempt to remove some of the stains. I have a laundry list of other issues that need to be addressed. I have been renting homes for the last 15years and I have to say that this is the worst house me and my family has ever stayed in. I would not renting this home at all or rent from the company called At Home Vacation Rentals due the condition of this house. I am going to request a full refund.

Poorly kept

There’s certainly lots of potential here. Sadly the house has not been kept up with. It was very dirty when we arrived, food and other items on the floor. Back sliding door lock didn’t not latch properly. There was hair all over the shower in upstairs master. We had to wash sheets in 2 of the bedrooms before we could sleep the first night. Furniture is all torn up. Property managers not very helpful. Also for some reason this property is on a no access list for Oasis club.

Filthy house

The house is filthy, needs deep cleaning, AC is not working properly on the first floor mostly stays at 79 degrees, all the bedsheets was with stains,visibly used and Not washed, on the first floor 2 TVs and both not working, we stayed for 2 weeks and only thing was fixed is outside pool light. Whoever be staying in this house just get ready to see alot of dirty surprises.

Great location, plenty of room

Overall we enjoyed staying here and would do it again. There were a few things to say negatively but were not anything more than minor annoyances. There were no batteries in the remotes to the tvs. We were not able to get the tvs in either living room or upstairs den area to work as far as cable goes so bring you a roku stick or something. We stayed busy either at disney or in the pool to care and everyone had tablets or phones so it wasnt a huge deal for us. My husband and I both almost slip in the shower of the downstairs master bedroom because the floor of the shower was uneven and didnt have any antislip stickers or anything. We couldnt take our own cooler and snacks to the oasis club which was also a little annoying. Parking is snug for 3 or more vehicles. There are some minor cosmetics of the house that could be worked on but considering its use is for families with kids its not to be unexpected but i think the most interesting was the faucet to the kitchen sink was literally rigged up with a shopping bag handle attached to the window seal. There were some stains on the carpets, scuffs on the walls and wear and tear on the chairs and the pool table but as I said all little minor details as long as I dont get charged for them. I took pictures before the rest of the group got there. There were 10 of us (7 adults and 3 children) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Overall we were happy and had a great time! I would recommend this place and love to stay again.

Family getaway

It was a good stay. With a home this size. There was no wash cloths, only 2 towels per bathroom. If the house sleeps 12. I think that you should supply equal amount of towels to suit the number of people in the house. I couple of stains in the carpet. But overall a good stay.

Total experience horrible, blood stains in the mattress, pool and jacuzzi nasty with dead smell. Sofas ripped open and torn badly, my stay was the worst ever and it was my bday weekend. Please don’t rent from here

Appalling property and rental company please don’t stay here

Well what I can I say there is no positives to this review. We arrived into this house on Thursday 27th April (pm) and was forced to find alternate accommodation on Sunday 30th April emailed the vacation company on Thursday 27th phoned on Friday 28th April and have had no communication since and we were there until the 18th May the problems with the house are endless (cracked tiles big enough for my toddler to put his toes in, broken leg on sofa couldn’t use,living room mat stained like a map of the world,tap broke on sink so hard to get water out, ants in shower hole was covered up but not fixed right,ant hills all over pool area with hundreds of red ants also in pool water and bottom of the pool,netting on pool area broke letting in lizards bugs etc, bed linen was unusable had to buy our own at Walmart, whole place disgusting, mould in oven and the final straw was cockroaches in the living/ kitchen area all reported and no help we will be seeking advice when we get home. Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star review. Currently we are travelling home today and have had no contact from the at home vacations and have been in contact VRBO to deal with this please please save your money and don’t stay here I’m out of pocket for 2 houses at the minute and this shouldn’t have to happen on your holiday you have worked hard for all year
