J’y suis demeurée 3 Jours, sur le toit de l’hôtel, il y avait un problème avec l’air climatisé ou autre, dans ma chambre, il y avait un bruit très fort venant d’un appareil défectueux, la réceptionniste a écrit un rapport pour vous et elle a confirmée le problème sur mon dossier, elle a dit de vous l’écrire

Couldn’t even bring my bags in rooms were small dirty and damp bathroom small low lighted parking felt unsafe feels dirty overpriced felt like my asthma was triggered the moment I walked in I wouldn’t let my kids or partner in I booked the tow place immediately after I checked our room there disgusting and dirty roach motel feels like a pay by the hour hotel

We went to Seaworld and really enjoyed staying at this property. It has excellent value for the money. pros: very clean...looks newly renovated pool very nice shower was great..has the set and keep temperature beds slept great wifi was very good check-in staff was friendly and helpful plentiful & free parking fridge in the room charging ports on every desk no resort fees cons: no shuttle service to seaworld (but an easy 15 minute walk) included breakfast was subpar When I considered the cons versus the price paid, I have to rate this hotel a five star and recommend. I would stay at Spark again next time I'm in the area.

Il y a un bruit continu dans la chambre315 et je n’ai pas dormi durant 2 nuits, ils ont un problème avec truc sur le toit et ils ne m’ont pas proposé de changer de chambre, car durant le chiffre de nuit, il n’y a qu’une seule personne, donc j’ai dû changer d’hôtel. Il m’ont dit de vous demander un remboursement et qu’ils ont mes plaintes au dossier et que la dame du matin 19 mai 2024 connaît la source du problème. Donc je demande un remboursement,

Free parking, no resort fee. Easy walk to Sea World. Nicely decorated. Scary elevator. Toilet not attached to the floor. No sheet, only a comforter, too hot with too cold without. Good stay. Will return.

We were attending an event at the Convention Center and this hotel was located well for a pleasant 20 minute walk. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was centered around bagels which we greatly enjoyed. We would return to this hotel.

The location was good, however, the staff was very rude , front desk has a terrible service. In addition to the horrible service , they make you wait over an hour to check in because you have to call the property owners in order for them to give you access to the door . They don’t send any emails ahead of time of arrival. Front desk service is horrible.

Walkable to the convention center and Affordable! They are going through repairs so bottom floor is empty but it will be great when is all done. A huge plaza nearby with lots of restaurant that you can walk to. Staff was excellent and friendly .

Front desk did not help with people in the hallway at 3:00 am, when I called front desk, i was told a big group checked in and it takes time to go in their rooms. This was after an hour in the hallway, no one from front desk came to check and this was in the first floor. I am not sure if I will stay there again and i have stayed there before.

Everything at this property is very good except for the breakfast. The staff who checked us in was very friendly. We arrived early, but she found an available room and allowed us to check-in early. However, there were only bagels, yogurts, muffins, orange juice, and coffee for breakfast. There's a microwave available in the dinning room, so that's convenient. Coffee and tea are available all day long.
