South-facing pool areas are especially desirable for guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day. The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture give everyone room to enjoy the Florida weather together. The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
