The Space:

Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a private pool waiting outside - this ChampionsGate home gives a large group everything they need to make an Orlando trip feel effortless. Whether the day ahead involves roller coasters or a slow morning with coffee by the pool, the layout is built for both.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms spread across two levels give the whole group room to breathe. The home sleeps 14 across 5 queen-size beds and 2 king-size beds, with five full bathrooms distributed throughout to keep mornings running smoothly - no bottlenecks, no waiting around.



Living space

The living room anchors the main floor as a relaxed gathering spot, flowing directly into a dining area that fits the whole group at once. Plenty of seating and an open feel make it easy to regroup after a long park day without anyone feeling cramped.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, so you can cook in as often as you'd like without hunting down what you need. A washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer without a second thought.



Entertainment

The game room gives everyone a place to unwind without leaving the house - a TV and game console make it a natural spot for late evenings or rainy afternoons. Air conditioning, heating, and high-speed WiFi keep the whole home comfortable and connected throughout your stay.



Outdoor space

The private pool and hot tub sit just off the patio, with heating available on request - ideal for cool January evenings when you still want to be in the water. The outdoor dining area extends the indoor-outdoor flow, making al fresco meals easy while the kids splash nearby. Free parking on the premises makes arrival and daily park runs simple.



Community amenities

Staying at ChampionsGate means complimentary access to the community water park and clubhouse - extra recreation without getting in the car. The gated neighborhood is surrounded by golf courses and dining, with straightforward access to I-4 and Highway 27 for getting around the greater Orlando area.



Location

ChampionsGate sits a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, making back-to-back park days practical rather than exhausting. Posner Park and nearby shopping and dining give you options for quieter evenings or quick supply runs between adventures.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking spaces in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



Interaction with Guests:

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
