One of the home's biggest advantages is its setting with no rear neighbors. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's backyard or pool area, your family can enjoy a more private atmosphere while swimming, relaxing on the screened lanai, or spending time together outdoors.



The private north-facing screened pool and spa create your own Florida retreat. Spend the morning enjoying coffee on the lanai, cool off with an afternoon swim, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Florida weather.



The adjoining spa offers another place to unwind after busy days exploring Orlando. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa heats to the same temperature as the swimming pool.



When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the private game room. Challenge family and friends to a game of pool or ping pong for an easy entertainment option without leaving the home.



Inside, 3,116 square feet of living space gives families and groups plenty of room to gather while still providing personal space. A 50-inch TV in the living room creates a comfortable spot for movie nights or relaxing after the parks, while every bedroom also features its own 50-inch TV.

RESORT ACCESS FEE



Solterra Resort charges a mandatory amenity access fee of $35 for reservations with 12 or fewer guests or $45 for reservations with 13 or more guests. Payment must be made directly at the clubhouse using a credit or debit card.
