It is close to restaurants and interstate access which takes you directly to the parks. This beautiful modern villa has a great patio with jacuzzi and heated pool (there is a charge for heating). Whether you want to enjoy the parks or spend a relaxing day at the pool, this is the perfect villa! Variety, convenience, luxury!
The space
This is a two story single standing home with 5 bedrooms. There are four upstairs and one downstairs. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. Downstairs king master

Upstairs full/twin Star Wars bedroom w/private bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own TV and both lounge areas also have a TV. There is a relaxation area downstairs and upstairs.
There is a kitchen bar for eating along with a dining room which overlooks the pool deck. The kitchen is stocked with plates, flatware, glasses, pots & pans. Linens, towels, and pool towels are provided also. The spa and pool are inviting plus screened in.
There is a complimentary propane BBQ grill to relax and eat by the pool after a long day at the amenities or parks. You won't want to go home!

Other things to note
Our home is set up with the basics to get you started. We don't offer hotel type service so if you run out of supplies, you may have to purchase some. We leave a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, scrubby, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, salt & pepper, cooking oil, dryer sheets and detergent. Pool heat can be paid for if you choose pool heat. Please let us know by 9 a.m. two days prior arrival if you choose pool heat.
