The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the private pool deck, the scent of fresh‑cut grass mingling with the warm Florida breeze. Inside, the spacious family room invites you to sink into leather reclining couches while the flat‑screen TV flickers with the day’s adventures waiting just beyond the gate.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom paired with a shared bath, while the upper level houses the remaining bedrooms and four full bathrooms, giving everyone room to unwind after a day at the parks.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits at the back of the house, complete with loungers and the option to add heat for a comfortable dip any time. Beyond your own oasis, the ChampionsGate community grants free access to a water park with a slide, a lazy river, a tiki bar, and a resort‑style pool. Nearby you’ll also find a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse.



Kitchen & dining

The large, fully stocked kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances ready for a big breakfast before heading out. Indoor and outdoor dining areas provide ample space for family meals, whether you’re gathering around the island counter or enjoying the evening air on the patio.

Two distinct living areas give you flexibility: the main family room for movie nights and a separate game room equipped with a pool table for friendly competition.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
