Disappointed

We booked for 4 days when we arrived we tried to get in and the door code did not work, once we were in the house 2 of the bedrooms were missing most of the slats on the vertical blinds were missing and we had to use sheets to cover the windows. The TV remote for the living room was missing I contacted the after hours they said they would bring one the next day and it never happened and the floors and pool were dirty and the water pressure was so minimal it was hard to take a shower at times. I was definitely very dissapointed since it was a family vacation and it had been a long time since we were able to do that.

very nice stay

property was like the listing said. My great grandaughter really enjoyed the princes room. My great grandson also enjoyed his room. It had most everything we needed for our stay. we could not enjoy the pool due to the weather but it looked inviting. We will stay again.

The property was as pictured and as described! 25-35 minutes from Disney and Universal depending on traffic. We had zero issues and the entire family loved the house from the decorations and fun bedrooms to the awesome pool and spa!

Definitely not going back!

Paid for heated pool and jacuzzi and wasn’t done after a long day of traveling we we’re looking forward to relaxing in hot tub which never worked! Took two days of tryn to get someone to come turn it on! After 3rd call my calls we’re ignored until I called from another number! Then I drove to office and that after noon two days after arrival of a 5 day trip was it turned on! Beds were terribly hard as a rock !

Disappointing Tuscan Hills stay

We rented 710 Brunello drive for 5 adults to come watch some spring baseball. The pool and hot tub was one main draw. We purchased heat for the pool one month before arrival. Unfortunately, even though we paid, the heat was not turned on. On the third day the heat was turned on however the hot tub never worked for our entire stay. We continually tried to call and communicate with the property management company but the issues were not solved before the end of our 5 night stay. The other issue was that the place just needed a good cleaning and perhaps new carpet. We were sad that the property was not what we expected.

Comfortable but bare bones provisioning

The property is accurately described but it is very much "self provision" unit. They provide ONE (1) roll of toilet paper per toilet. ONE (1) roll of paper towels. ONE (1) dishwasher tablet. ONE (1) extra garbage bag. Each bathroom had ONE (1) bar of soap - you move it between the shower and sink. ZERO laundry detergent. ZERO salt or pepper, cooking oils, etc. Do not expect saran wrap or aluminum foil. There are enough plates/bowls/silverware/pots and pans. This may be standard in the Orlando area - it was a surprise to us. I expected to provision our food (of course), but not household items. It isn't clear on the listing that you should expect to set up the household for the duration of your stay - beyond the food you intend to consume. The property is a townhouse very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom, Champion's Gate and the Northeast Regional Park (our target destination for College Spring baseball). The check-in process is smooth. The beds are comfortable and the two master suites are excellent for two families. The bed covers (blanket/quilt) are very lightweight - if you like/prefer a heavier blanket - bring one because there are no extras in the house other than taking from another bed. If you like to have your own hand/face towel, bring an extra because the house is provisioned 2:1 (2 full towels: 1 hand/face towel). The kids rooms are very cute with Star Wars and Princesses. The dress-up in the Princess Room would surely delight younger girls.

Not sure how a vacation can be enjoyable when when the neighbor across the house is been trying to tow away your vehicle since day one, on the 3rd day of our stay one of our vehicles got towed and the other one was about to. I talked to the driver he said neighbor has been complaining since Saturday but both trucks were parked ok. Long story short it was a bad experience I’ll never go back.

Rent now you won't be disappointed!

Amazing, spacious, accommodating home from home! I stayed for 5 days with my family and we were stunned to say the least upon entering the gate to viewing the neighborhood while finding our home. Inside is so beautiful! You have everything you would need. Need a basket for laundry? They have that. Extra towels? They have those too! Dish liquid, dishes,cups,spoons, coffee maker, hand sanitizer and spray, such a lovely size pool that fit 10 of us and some! Pool guy come by to check pool and add chlorine. Fancy thermostat that's touch screen! Everyone (adults) had their own room and shower. Such a huge place for such an excellent rate!! Quick response I never called they'll send you emails welcoming you just days for your arrival and emails when check out is near! I have zero complaints!! Thanks again for letting me rent your home. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property, Horrible Management. Would not recommend.

Loved the property and its convenience to DW but I would not recommend due to the new management company, At Home Rental Vacations. The female representative that answered all calls throughout our stay was rude and unprofessional. She dodged my calls until I called from a different number and she answered. Later in response to our issues, a text message was sent to a phone number that was not even on the reservation (or my own) releasing information such as entry codes. I was given the run around on early check-in though I inquired about it prior to booking. I was told guests checked out at 10:00 AM that same morning ("cleaning service and maintenance being completed which prevented early check in") but that didn't make sense being that they weren't aware of the gate or code required (the code I received 30 mins prior to check-in). When we checked in at 4:00 PM, the pool/hot tub was green and maintenance popped up 45 mins later to change light bulbs. We weren't able to use the pool the entire stay and were refunded an amount that was less than what it would have cost to have the pool heated. It was just problem after problem due to the management company not doing their due diligence on a "new property".

Disney Trip

Pleasant and peaceful stay

Excellent place to stay

I can’t say enough about this home. It is an amazing place to stay while visiting the resorts in Orlando. The pool was awesome. There were play dresses for our daughter to play with and every room had a Disney theme. The cost to stay here is genuine and not over priced. Thanks to Rick and Deb for a great stay and hopefully more to come in the future.

Nice Quiet Place

Nice house. Property owners were VERY responsive and fixed a couple of snags we hit when trying to check in immediately. I would say, the heated pool didn’t really get up to snuff for my taste. But it was December and I’m sure the cooler night time temps along w us always using the hot tub factored heavily in that issue. Overall a nice off site place to stay from the parks!
