Located on the 3rd Floor of the exclusive Mourning Dove Circle Complex, this beautifully appointed condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury and resort style living.

This 3rd floor condo, with elevator access boasts 1350 square feet of bright & airy living space and all the modern comforts of home.

There is a private, corner balcony with relaxed seating areas, where you can enjoy views of one of the 11 Reunion resort pools all of which are accessible during your stay.

Minutes from the gates of Walt Disney and a short drive from the local shops and restaurants, this Condo offers the perfect mix of luxury, peace and desired location!

The Condo

Our spacious condo boasts an open plan layout with modern, coastal inspired décor throughout. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig & filter coffee machine, kettle & stainless-steel appliances throughout.

There is a separate dining area with seating for up to 6 guests and a comfortable lounge area with large flatscreen TV, books & board games. Hi Speed WIFI and cable & internet TV access for streaming services.

There is also a convenient work space for those who require remote work access!

We’re delighted to welcome your furry family members — this home is Dog-friendly, so no one gets left behind! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per approved pet will apply.

Master Bedroom

The master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed and a flat screen TV. There is a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, WC and a large walk-in separate shower.

There is also a door that leads directly onto the patio.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. There is a large closet and an en-suite bathroom with vanity, WC and a combination tub/shower.

The third bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and closet.

Complimentary high speed wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo and free local calls to the US

All bedroom suites are complete with a tv, pillows, bed linens, blinds, nightstands, a bedside lamp and most have a mirror, overhead fan, as well as a closet with hangers and extra pillows. All bathrooms feature towels, face cloths, hair dryers, hand soaps, 1 roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag in each bin.

For your convenience there is a fully functional laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board and child equipment, such as cribs and high chairs.

Reunion Resort Information

During your stay you can enjoy access to all 11 resort pools, some with pool side dining. Gym access is located at Severn Eagles, situated across from the Reunion Hotel and a host of playgrounds, walking trails and not to mention the luxury spa and several on-site restaurants and bars.


Please note that access to Reunion’s golf course and water park is not included in the rental of this home however, Golf tee times can often be booked via ‘GolfNow’ or please stop by the hotel or club house for more information on resort facilities.

Other things to note

The Primary guest is required to sign a mandatory rental agreement form: STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Only guests detailed on the booking form are permitted on the property. Check-in: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. Check-out: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance (fee may apply). If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location.

Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up and there is a separate bin for recycling items. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near the front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

Please note, Community quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.

We supply one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.

Each reservation is backed by a property protection plan. This safeguard covers accidental damage during your stay, removing the need for large security deposits and giving you confidence in your booking.
