Reserve Relaxing 5 Bedroom Pool Lake View

As the name suggests,The Reserve @ Town Center Resort is a small, exclusive, gated community. The 95 villas that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastle colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling immediately you drive through the imposing gates.
The community is set in a conservation area and is built along the banks of a lake and around a pond. Most homes back on to water or conservation, ensuring maximum privacy and relaxation.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

The villa is a perfect  venue for guests looking to visit Orlando's world class attractions as it is located within 30 minutes to everything that matters. Excellent choice for the cost conscious traveller.

Would stay again.

We were very happy with the pool, the location and the layout of the house. Communication was good overall. The space and decor were nice. Unfortunately, the wood on the dock and deck were quite weathered, one shower head was (unsuccessfully) held together with a zip tie, wallpaper was peeling in bathrooms and carpet needed replacing.

Things to make stay better

I didn’t like that the camera on a different house was facing the pool area my kids were uncomfortable also the jacuzzi didn’t get hot at all and I didn’t see an option to pay or ask about it.

Very rough shape and very dirty

We arrived and right away we noticed the property was nothing like the pictures on VRBO; it is very worn down and need a pile of TLC. All the batteries in the clocks were dead and many of the lights were burnt out and some of the wall pluggins were not working. There was fecal matter on the wall in the master bedroom, we reported that to the property owner the first morning we were there, they emailed back they would send a cleaning crew but we never seen anyone. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. We then did move downstairs after the second night as the AC upstairs in the master bedroom did not work very well and it was very warm. The master bedroom deck did not look like it would hold an adult, the boards need changing as they are falling apart. The pool area was a disaster with solar panels stacked over to the one side and pool fencing on the other. I am glad we did not have any kids with us as these things would have been hazards. The dock to the back lake is rotten and has holes in it. It should be ripped down or fixed. Again, another hazard for children. We ended up going to buy towels, frying pans and cooking utensils as the ones supplied were in terrible shape and there was ione hand towel and one face cloth in the whole house. The second last night were were there, the property manager called and apologized and said his hands were tied as the owners do not want them to spend money on it. Do not bother wasting your money on this place we are glad we had a full agenda and only spent our nights there... I wish we could post pictures on this review...

Review of how we were treated as guest

I am very upset regarding my stay at this property and how I was treated by the management company, Fairy Tales Vacations. First of all the entry code did not work to enter the main gate the night of our arrival and we had to wait until someone came in and tail gate them to get into the development. The house has 5 bedrooms and we only used 3 of those bedrooms as we were 6 adults. There was 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire house. There was no paper towels. in the entire house. The TV in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor did not work nor were we able to find instructions on how to turn the TV and cable on those TVs. The remote controls to the TV's did not have batteries and there were 3 remotes for each TV and we had no idea which remote worked what. The bathroom that leads to the pool on the first floor is leaking water under the sink and we told the very rude property manager that came to the house on the day of our departure. The plastic bin in the game room is broken. We could not use the bicycles because they were locked with a combination lock. They advertise a pool table in the VRBO page and there is no pool table in the house. The gas grill had to gas tanks and they were both empty - therefore cannot use grill. The screen on the window in the bedrrom on the 2nd floor facing the street is broken. Washer and dryer do not function properly. The washer needs to be run 2 or 3 times for itto properly wring clothes to put in the dryer. The dryer lso does not work properly as we had to run it 3 to 4 times for clothes to be dry. The area o the side of the house were the trash bins are housed was full of trash and we had to clean up and pull bins out to curbside. The property is on a lake which is the main reason we chose it. The dock on the property that leads to the lake is in very bad condition. No one should be walking on those beams as they are broken and very weathered and loose.. This is a very dangerous and liable issue because if we had fallen in the lake we would have been in extreme danger as the lake houses an enourmous ALLIGATOR that comes to the dock and the backyard of the property. NO ONE either from VRBO or Fairytale Properties advise us, notified us, warned us or told us there was an alligator and we should be careful. That is totally unacceptble and I want a refund of my hard earned dollars spent on this very unpleasant stay.

Very Nice Property

Property was beautiful. we enjoyed the house so very much, but the check in was not good as I had to wait in my car for 3 hours as the cleaning crew was still cleaning. The sheets on one twin showed it had not been changed as there was sticky candy in the sheets when we went to bed. The patio and pool area had not been cleaned but we straightened it as best as possible. Other than that and the upstairs being extra hot and we could not lower the temp, the house was amazing. We loved our stay.
