This stunning 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa enjoys one of the premier positions on Lake Berkley Resort with an unspoilt beautiful view over the lake. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the pool patio whilst watching the wildlife on the lake. If you enjoy fishing then you only need to walk a few yards to fish in the lake.

Lake Berkley Resort is a 5 Star Resort, it is gated and has 24/7 security. It is close to shops, restaurants, just 1 minute from the 192 main road that runs through Kissimmee and less than 20 minutes from Disney.

The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa boasts two sitting rooms, very convenient if the kids want to watch their own TV whilst you watch another.

Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.

There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed. There is a further double bedroom, and another two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.

The two bathrooms both have a bath and shower, and come with the usual hairdryers and abundance of towels.

The kitchen has every modern appliance needed, together with all the necessary utensils and crockery. Any aspiring chef would be proud of this kitchen.

The fully screened pool area has a large deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. The pool is east facing so gets the sun from sunrise until very late afternoon, and facing the lake it is very private. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa 

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Excellent location for family with kids

This was a fantastic place to spend our holiday break.. Communication was simple and efficient, check in process was easy, and the location was Exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived, and the pool heat had started. My kids loved having the pool at the home, but also enjoyed the novelty of going to the clubhouse pool.At the home, but also enjoyed the novelty of going to the clubhouse pool. There are plenty of things to do in the area, like miniature golf and go cart rides. We had intended to go to Disney world, but ended up having too much fun relaxing and didn't want to spend all that time in the lines. We did go to the Kennedy space center, and honestly this was one of the reasons we chose this location as the trip from Kissimmee to Kennedy was not bad at all. The kitchen was Equipped with everything you need, and there were plenty of towels on site. We loved it and would definitely return!

Great Experience

Everything about this stay was great. The house is beautiful in a very safe location within a gated community. We had a few questions and they got back to us very fast. There’s a Walmart 2 mins away. That was very beneficial. I travelled with my wife, 13 year old son and 1 year old son. Everyone loves this house. We spent every night in the heated pool. We were very happy to find out they provided a pack and play. My son was able to sleep there. The power went out and I called a number that they left on a card. Within 5 minutes someone came to the house and the power was back on. They are very reliable. I highly recommend this property.

Hopi bon i dushi !!!( very good !!!)

We are a family of four. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We enjoyed our stay very much! We walked around the neighborhood and enjoyed the view of the lake. The house had everything we needed from pool toys to any cooking utensil you might need. The one time we called Chris for something small he was there within half an hour. Location is very good, good and safe neighborhood. We will deffinitely recommend this vacation home to friends and families. We have been going to Kissimmee for 10 years now, and this is one of the greatest vacation homes we have stayed at.

The stay at the property was great located near everything you would need or want. The house was clean and tidy just as is in the pictures. Very easy to get to Disney properties and not far from Universal Studios. When we get the opportunity to visit again I would definitely book this house again.

Great Stay

A perfect 10 days of relaxation at the end of a crazy year. Close to everything, but located in a nice quiet complex for those that just want to relax. House was stacked with everything you could imagine. We arrived a few days before Christmas and the house was decorated and a gift left for my family. Very nice touch!! Even with some morning with temps dipping, the pool was always warm enough to swim in. With tennis, basketball and fishing onsite or just going for a walk my days were filled with activity without going to the theme parks. If that's your thing; the house would be a great home base. Very enjoyable stay

This was our 11th trip to Orlando in the winter and the first where we weren't going to do any of the parks. We were just going to play golf and take things easy. The location and quality of the house at Lake Berkley and being on one of the lakes itself really let us enjoy our stay. Everything we needed at the house was provided. The afternoons and evenings at the pool were quite relaxing. The only thing that I might want to suggest would be to swap one of the couches in the sitting room with the cloth couch in the TV room. It might just be me but the cloth couch wasn't as comfortable as the leather couch.

Beautiful, modern, spacious villa with private pool

We all loved staying at this beautiful property. The pool overlooking the lake is just beautiful and very welcome after a full day at the parks (no pool heating needed in August). The property had everything we needed and is in a lovely tranquil location. It is fully air-conditioned so was very pleasant. We made use of the amenities such as laundry room and games room. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others.
