Love everything from the moment i walked in to the moment i left. Everything was clean. The staff was super nice & helpful. The area was convenient restaurants and food on every corner. Definitely coming back again

It was just okay. If you’re a family on a budget, it will work. The room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice. The walls were pretty thin, pillows were tiny, towels were also tiny. AC was really loud. The hotel outside of the room didn’t seem to have AC. It was a basic hotel, but for the price, not bad.

Decent enough stay, but had several small items disappear after a housekeeping visit. Nothing major, because we all the important items on us, but even a wallet was visibly rearranged.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and everything smells great. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are impeccable. They leave a lot of towels and you can always request more. The breakfast is good not as many options maybe as other places but it’s honestly really decent. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m honestly looking for somewhere safe and clean and close to the parks and this fits the bill perfectly every time

It was a little dingy and smelled musky in our room. The breakfast was waffles and bagels. No meat. All breads.

The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom toilet doesn’t flush properly and the breakfast is not good at all

Staff was great with questions and a special request for a softer pillow! Breakfast was good, the standards for a free breakfast, but was kept clean and well stocked! Property was a bit run down in our room, but was clean, and the bed was great! The Shuttle was well worth it, saving the parking cost at Universal, and just be extremely handy. Although the shuttle only runs once in the morning and once at 5:30 pm, it still worked for us.

This property is very dated and the room was extremely musty. The pool chairs and loungers are all rusty and stained. The breakfast was pretty good for continental style. Check in kind of sucked because we were a little early and after 4 hours driving they wouldn't let us in the room unless we paid $28 more. Children we're dying for a bathroom so we paid the extra fee. "Wish we didn't, after seeing the room!" Note to other travelers - other hotels in the area are much nicer for the same price. We left and went to the neighboring hotel to finish off our stay for Universal Studios.
