Velkommen til Positive Latitude on Secret Key Cove! Dette fantastiske hjemmet har 8 soverom - 2 master suiter og 4. 5 bad. Din lykke er vår topp prioritet - vi ønsker å sikre at gjestene våre får mest mulig ut av ferien. Det private bassenget og spaet har en vakker, rolig utsikt over dammen, og spillrommet er klart for gjester i alle aldre. Som ivrige fans fra Disney og Universal Studios er vi her for å gi råd og hjelpe deg med å planlegge ferien.

Første etasje har en romslig stue, kjøkken, spisestue, spillrom og to soverom (en master suite med hage badekar, separat dusj, king size-seng og et andre queen size-soverom utenfor hovedinngangen). Andre etasje har en annen master king soverom med eget bad, et rom med to senger i full størrelse, og ytterligere to king size-soverom. I tillegg er det også to dekorerte barnerom (et Minion-temarom med to sett med køyesenger og et frosset rom med en køyeseng og en enkeltseng). Dette huset kan lett sove en gruppe på 20 personer. Barnesenger er tilgjengelige.

Dette hjemmet ligger praktisk til i nærheten av Disney World, Universal Studios og Margaritaville Resort. Dagligvarebutikker og restauranter ligger bare noen minutter unna.

Mens du ikke reiser til temaparker, er Emerald Island-samfunnet vakkert og har mange ting å tilby. Dette hjemmet ligger i nærheten av hovedklubbhuset og anlegget (lett gangavstand). Hovedklubbhuset tilbyr et sentralt basseng, spa, lekeplass, forretningssenter, treningssenter og bassengbar. Det er et flott sted å slappe av og nyte solen.

Ekstra avgifter inkluderer basseng / spa-varme på $ 25 / natt, og et rengjøringsgebyr på slutten av oppholdet på $ 175. Et depositum på 300 dollar kreves også.

The house was beautiful! We especially loved the Beauty and the Beast dinner setup on the dining room table and the kids really enjoyed the skeeball and foosball in the Harry Potter themed game room! Lauren was great and addressed any concerns we had right away. We will definitely stay again in the near future!

Good location and great communication with host. I honestly would not stay again. The host was great and upon arrival we let her know the place wasn’t clean, she immediately had the maid come back. The sheets and dishes were clean, but it seems like that is all that is cleaned between guests’ stays. A couple of the sinks had toothpaste on them from the previous people, the fridge was dirty, the floors were not swept, the couch had chip crumbs, there were empty water bottles on the floor, and the kitchen sink was gross with fruit flies coming from the drain.

Excellent villa ideally situated for quick and easy access to the Disney Parks. All the check in process was explained before we got there making it so easy. Great gated community and everything was clean and well maintained throughout. Any questions we had were answered promptly and cannot fault anything to do with the property.Great Wi-Fi available and getting food etc delivered to the home was easy and cheap, all in a great experience was had by all.

Great Place

Very easy to locate. Home was clean and decorated nicely for kids and adults. Pool area clean and nice to have plenty of towels on hand. Had a group of 20 ages 3-70 and everyone was very comfortable. Nice to have a couple bedrooms downstairs and easy assess to laundry area Game room nice for the teens. Entire family of 20 had a great vacation without being cooped up in just a hotel room. Very easy to get around to the parks

Wonderful Stay

Property is as described and shown. Close to Disney parks and Clubhouse came in handy for small needs and food/bar when opened. Getting in/out of security gate was problematic at times but resolved quickly. Property owner has excellent communications. Would stay again!

Holiday October 2024

The villa was amazing & was perfect for all the family. Everything you could think of was provided it was a home from home. We arrived just after the hurricane which meant our travel plans were changed with various members of the family arriving at different times & our host was in constant contact to ensure our arrival was as smooth as smooth could be. I would definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone looking for a large property to stay here. Thank you.

Exceeded expectations

We had 18 family members stay here for a week and had a fantastic time. The children loved the themed rooms and the pool. A perfect way to wind down after a day at the attractions. No one wanted to go home! The location is convenient to all the Disney parks and to restaurants and shopping too. Lauren, the owner was wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. If you need a place to stay that will accommodate a large group, this is it.

A fantastic stay for all the family

15 of us booked the property for a once in a lifetime family holiday around 18 months before travel. Communication with Lauren was excellent throughout. There was a couple of minor issues but Lauren got them sorted ASAP. The house was great for our family, there were loads of pool towels and equipment for example and the provisions in the pantry and the fridge were much appreciated. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and it was perfect for our family as it wasn't too posh (in a good way) so we weren't stressed about accidents etc. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a well located large house where you can feel at home. Hope we can make it back one day!

Best Disney Family Vacation Ever!

Awesome home in a great location! Host was the best we have ever had. Fifteen family members, ages 2 - 68 stayed for a week and visited Disney. Highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Our huge family enjoyed this spacious vacation home. There were plenty of activities to partake in and the house was themed and decorated nicely. We opted to pay for pool heat and enjoyed a warm pool and toasty hot tub all week. Lots of supplies were provided for kids such as high chairs, strollers, pack and plays, etc. The golf cart was a fun amenity. it was a great week!!!

Nice Enough

Not sure who has been reviewing this property, pretty much all 5-star ratings are not accurate. With that being said it is a decent property, and everything you would need for a large family Disney vacation. Housekeepers could be better. Food crumbs under table in main living area, beds not neatly made, curtains stuffed behind furniture do not help a dated and worn interior. No propane for grill is not the owners fault but does fall under management of the home as does the pool not being heated. Owner reacted quickly, unfortunately we planned on using the pool the first two days being there. We were refunded the heating fee immediately without asking. Upstairs AC would not work on only night it was needed again; owner reacted quickly. Bottom line, we understand that these are rentals and will not be perfect. All I ask is the owner be perfect and she was. I would rent the home again because I trust that Lauren will react quickly and take care of any problems that may arise.

Family Vacay

Our stay at our VRBO home was fantastic. It was exactly what we expected and had everything you needed for a week stay with Family. Always have booked through VRBO and have never had any issues. I would recommend to everyone but also recommend taking the time to read reviews for each property you’re interested in.

Family Disney Trip

The house was amazing to stay in. There was great theming throughout the house, comfortable beds and anything you will need is provided. The pool and hot tub were game changers after walking parks all day. The traffic in the area is a lot, but aside from that it was a perfect stay. If we do a big family trip to the area we will try to book again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time spending time with our family and friends for my daughter's graduation from UCF. Lauren was super responsive when we had an issue and got it resolved as soon as she could. I would recommend anyone wanting to have a larger family vacation to rent this property. There are plenty of rooms and beds for all the adults and kids. The space is wonderful for celebrating any occasion. The pool and hot tub are just right for adults and kids as well. We will be staying here again if we need a larger space for our family to stay together.

Perfect Vacation!!!

We were so happy to arrive at this lovely home and have the week of making memories as a family with some of our kids and our grandchildren. The house is beautiful with so much room, nicely laid out and was everything we needed and wanted for the week. Location was excellent – easy to get to the Disney Parks, shopping, and restaurants so close by!!! The backyard area with the pool and spa were amazing. We made the decision to include the heat package and was very thankful after long days at the parks getting into a nice hot spa to relax our sore muscles lol Lauren was wonderful to deal with and very responsive through communication when I had questions. Would highly recommend her home and will look at renting again in the future. Thank you, Lauren, from our family to yours.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home

We've rented many vacation homes for our family of 16. My husband, a home inspector, ranked this #1! We rented this for our Disney vacation and it was absolutely perfect for 10 adults and 6 children - ages 1-10. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the themed bedrooms, the game room and the pool time on our rest day and evenings. Lauren has put a lot of thought into what is needed to accommodate all. She deserves more than a 5 star host rating! She literally answered all my questions within a couple of minutes of me sending her a message, always so helpful. The location is perfect, an easy drive to the parks, shopping, groceries. If you are looking for a relaxing but fun home to get away this is it! It was awesome to come home to this house after long days at the park, where we could share and compare the stories of our day and enjoy one another's company. Thanks again for opening your home to us! We loved it!
