Orlando Villa
This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be a location at the top of our list to visit again when we are in the area! Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect house and location
This property was perfect for our needs and well located to many of the attractions in the Orlando area but not too close to the hustle and bustle of the parks. The kitchen and dining area has everything you need to feel at home. This house is perfect for kids! The pool is big enough to have a good time if for all ages but then the game room has so many tv's and activities for kids to have a great time.

Orlando trip
This is an excellent place to stay for a large family or to share with another family. We were in Orlando for a basketball tournament and shared this house with a teammate and her family. There was plenty of room for us all. The kids loved the game room and pool. Alfonso was very responsive and helpful. The house is only about 10 miles from the convention center and Universal studios but it ended up being about a 30 minute commute due to traffic. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants.

Nice Get Away
We enjoyed our stay at this property. If there was anything that we needed the owner communicated with us very well. We got to the property at 4:45 PM and was not able to check in as the cleaning team was still there. If your family is used to sleeping in really cold rooms, you may want to bring a fan because the bedrooms upstairs while they were comfortable for me, they were a little warm for the comfort of my young adults. The only uncomfortable surprise for me was when a pool guy showed up on the back patio. It was our last day there, and we were not able to utilize the hot tub as the hose was left in it as well as the back screen door wide opened until the next morning when we checked out. Aside from all the minor hiccups, we would definitely rent this property again for our family vacation.

Great stay!
This house was as advertised and had what we needed for a group of older adults to visit comfortably. Owners were responsive to questions timely. It was overall a great experience. I noticed in my searches most places don’t provide and extras so this seems standard. That said, We would have appreciated some paper towels, napkins, or dish towels upon arrival. We came in late and had nothing.

Beautiful Home for Family Relaxation
I had the extreme pleasure of staying at the Four Corners home from Feb. 22-27, 2022. I have to admit that although the initial pictures of the property looked great, I was still a bit hesitant to book due to the lack of reviews for the property. I’m a skilled short-term renter (LOL) so reviews are everything to me. However despite the lack of reviews, the house seemed to have everything that we were looking for, so we took our chance and booked. So glad we did! The house was cleaned immaculately. I’ve stayed in plenty of properties and there’s usually some sign that the cleaners missed spots. It’s typical to see floor rugs that are a little dingy, or places around the house with slight dust. Not here! The house was cleaned to perfection and was completely orderless. I’m very picky so trust me, I looked for things. This was an adult ladies trip with my 24 year old daughter, my mom, and 2 best friends. We were a bit worried that the focus of the house was on family with small children, but we felt completely comfortable at home during our stay. In fact, we were so comfortable that we literally never left the property during our entire stay, except to get groceries. There is a lot of entertainment devices and the owner of the property was readily available anytime I called to ask simple questions like “which remote goes to which television” (there’s multiple). Overall, this is one of the best (if not the best) properties that I’ve every stayed for a short-term rental and the owner was super hospitable and accommodating. My only recommendation is that they leave a house book with instructions on how to use some of the tech, but it wasn’t a big deal because the owner was also there to answer my calls with questions.

Nice home
Home was comfortable and pool was nice. Lots of TVs and electronic gadgets. Downside was we couldn’t control the air conditioning. (Nest) Was cool but not cold and upstairs was warm. Seemed like a nice neighborhood and pretty close to a lot of restaurants.

Thank you Mr. Chad for staying in our house, it was a pleasure to be your host, Reagirding the A/C we managed the air with the net, since in the past the guests did not know how to use it and they caused damage to the unit, if you had communicated with us , we would have supported you with it, you never said nothing about it. Very sorry for any inconvenius . We hope you and your family come back soon.
