The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar, seating for 4, and top-of-the-line granite countertops with updated backsplash and cabinetry. The open concept dining room seats 8 comfortably. Laundry room and half bath conveniently located on the main floor. The relaxing living room offers plenty of seating to gather, which includes a large TV. The loft is a perfect area for movie watching or playing PS4 to finish off the day. The game room is fully equipped with air hockey, foosball, and pool table and are a great way to have some family fun. The home offers 3 luxury master suites that sleep 10 comfortably, all with TV’s. The Disney Princess and Toy Story themed rooms will be a hit with the little ones. If privacy is what you are looking for, cool off in the home''s very own screened-in pool or hop in the spa. For your convenience, this home includes a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, outside grill, central air, cable TV and FREE WIFI.
There is an additional optional charge plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
