The house is misrepresented by the photos in this ad they make you believe it is bigger then it is. The house is dated, furniture is cheap at best. Everything needs work, faucets leaking, no hot water, front door knob coming off, body hair found in the sheets, they give you 1 dollar tree paper towel, dollar tree toilet paper, 3 dishwasher pods and a trash bag, there was a lot not working or broke and yes that may have come out to fix but we were on vacation and a time schedule we would've been waiting everyday on something to fix. On a good note the property manager is very helpful and is quick to respond.

Each year, I spend a week down in Florida, and rent a home like this, but I have never experienced a home that worked as well as this one did. It has all the options, and what you see is really what you are getting. The property was clean, well stocked to start, and easy to get to. The game room area upstairs my family loved, and the media room area downstairs was excellent, and easy to use. There was clear concise instructions on everything to use, along with a host that was prompt to answer emails. The garbage goes out daily! What a nice feature! The pool area was fun to watch a movie from, and the washers were very handy. I would highly recommend the home, and the rental team that took care of the home. I will definitely be looking again to rent this property next year when the time comes. Thank you again so much!

Everything was great, would stay again. The pool was great. Really enjoyed the theater room for movies, the room was way more than we expected. The only drawback is the WIFI is a bit week.

We traveled with my parents and teenage children. The home was perfect size with plenty for everyone to do and enough space to get some down time. Plenty of options for groceries and dining 10-15 mins away. Easy entry access to the community. Host was great to work with but was not needed as we had no issues. Loved the quiet neighborhood in between our adventures.

Very fun spacious home.Had everything we needed. Showing its age in a few areas and a couple minor issues that were handled immediately by the property manager. He was awesome! Great location. Loved the themed rooms and game area but spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub which were great after a day at the parks!

This property is exactly as advertised! We had 14 people from age 68-7. We book a home every year somewhere in the country for our vacation and this one is one of the top on our lists! Rooms were fun and large, plenty of bathroom space and the A/C kept the house at a great temp! Pool area is large and easy to hang out around and in the pool. Only downside to this property is the lack of quality pots and pans. We cook every night and sometimes it was a struggle, also the price to use the grill at 95 was very steep after paying for the house, so we ended up just cooking our hotdogs and hamburgers inside. I will add that we checked into the house on a Sunday and the manager responded to me even though he was on his off hours, that means a lot! Overall great house for a large family!

We had an amazing time! The place definitely exceeded our expectations! It had something for the 10 month old all the way up to our 80 year old grandmother! It was more impressive in person than it was is the pictures! The place was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The indoor movie theater was such a highlight, and the pool was perfect for our family. The location was great, and the host made check-in super easy. We came with a family of 12, and the house had plenty of room and everything we needed—plenty of towels, pool towels, blankets, and even floats for the pool. The kids loved all the games provided, which made our stay even more fun. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group or family.

Family Vacation

The home was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed the theatre room, swimming pool, and privacy this property allowed. This property is convenient to lots of restaurants and other activities. It was clean and provided all the essentials for an awesome vacation. Easy check in and easy check out. It was a little slow at the gate but that was due to transitioning to a 24 hr guard I suppose. Other than that, It was awesome!

Our family of eight stayed three nights and loved the home! Plenty of beds, and the beds were actually quality, comfy mattresses too. We had plenty of towels and blankets. Our kids loved the VR room, theater room, and pool. We appreciated the pool alarm and locking gate! Directions were a bit confusing — would recommend putting actual address into Google maps and not the altered directions that come with confirmation email. Otherwise, a perfect stay and we’d love to return when in Orlando again! 10/10

Loved it!

The property was beautiful and was better in person than the pictures! The kids loved the pool and the movie theatre. In fact, we did 4 days at Disney and the kids kept asking to go back to the house and swim! We had a little trouble with the spa heat..it worked one day then wouldn't the next. We contacted property manager twice and were told it was working even though we had it on for several hours the night before and it wouldn't get hot .....despite this, I would still give our stay 5 stars and would stay here again. Kids were sad to go home. Overall, loved it!

Looks like the photos, but the experience was a letdown.

The home looks like the pictures, but the experience was a letdown.The theater room and gaming area were cool, and the beds were comfortable. But that’s where the positives stop.We arrived to nail clippings and a booger on the master nightstand — not exactly the welcome you want after a long travel day. We prepaid for hot tub heat, and it didn’t work. The host blamed us and promised someone would come Day 2 — no one did. On Day 3, someone showed up unannounced while my wife and kids were swimming and told them to get out for cleaning. No warning, no courtesy.The host? Rude and confrontational. Any issue was somehow our fault. When we mentioned the lack of cleanliness, she said we should leave — not exactly helpful mid-spring break with a van full of kids.Also worth knowing:•The house is crammed in a grid of near-identical homes — zero privacy.•The area feels rough, not “resort” at all.•Neighbors smoked weed and blasted 90’s rap all day — not ideal with kids.•Keurig didn’t work.•Traffic was constant, both sides of the street packed with cars.I travel often and have no issue paying for quality — this wasn’t it. The owner needs new management and a serious reset on what this place is. Expect the host to reply with excuses or blame. That’s part of the experience too. Spend your 5K elsewhere.

Amazing stay for family and friends

The house was terrific, fully decorated with your favorite movie characters, lots of games, including a PS5, Xbox and even VR headsets. The movie theater was incredible and there was even a projector at the pool area that made the nights super fun. Anyway, if you're in a big party this house has everything you can imagine so you can have a great time.

Attention to Details

The property was great. (The only thing i had a problem with is all the spider webs that was in the porch/pool area) you have to make sure the cleaners wipe down good out there. The attention to detail was so on point. The pictures on the website shows a nice placebut, when you get there and see it woo you don't want to leave. We definitely will tell our family's and friends to rent this place. This place is on my #1 list.

Amazing Vacation Home

This house is amazing! The house was spotless when we arrived. The beds were comfy, the air conditioning was cold and the pool was shaded some in the afternoon. Everyone loved the movie room and the game room. Our kids loved the Moana room. The staff is amazing and very fast if you need anything at all! The resort pool area was great and they even offered cabanas for rent. We can not wait to plan another trip!

Amazing home

We really enjoyed staying in this house. There were so many options for the kids and they really enjoyed the themed rooms, movie room, game room and pool. The house was very clean and was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. The property manager was also helpful if we had any questions. This is a great house to stay in if you are in the Orlando area.

Family Disney Trip

We had an amazing time at this house! There is something for everyone of every age here. The kids really loved the VR room and the Home Theatre room as well as the Pool area. We made an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and was a short drive to all the Disney Parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend for families!

This house is amazing!!!!

We were so impressed with this house! As we walked in the first night everyone was oohing and awwwing at all the details. Our family had so much fun enjoying the game room! The game table was so much fun! Everyone would gather round playing all the different games. We loved the pool & hottub. This house is so awesome!

Great house

The house is perfect for a group of family and friends. The WiFi is a little rough which made it hard sometimes to stream in the movie room but that is the only fault we could find in tbe house.
