Check-In Process: All guests must present a government-issued photo ID at the Champions Gate Security booth to receive access passes.
Security Cameras: Ring cameras are located on the front porch and sides of the home, recording audio and visual 24/7.

Policies: No smoking and no pets allowed. Refer to full House Rules.

Additional Fee for Heated Pool & Spa
The heater charge is $45/day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights or for the duration of your stay. Please note, our spa does not have jets, and the heater warms both the pool and spa simultaneously.

Important: On particularly cold nights, the pool heating may not reach optimal warmth due to low outside temperatures.
