This place is awesome, as a father of two kids the pool is great, the garage games room gives them something else to do in the downtime. The location was perfect and we ate out at a different place every night all within 10 minutes. We had no issues at all whilst there and I would definitely recommend it. The host was communicative and helpful, he even checked in with us (by email) to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa is beautifully decorated and thank god for the air conditioning, from the UK we were so grateful.

Perfect stay for our spontaneous girls’ trip

We spent 4 nights here recently for a girls trip. Normally we stay on Disney property but with the short planning, we couldn’t do that this time. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the house and neighborhood were. It was perfect to have three bathrooms and four bedrooms to spread out. The house is in a gated neighborhood which made me feel safe and it’s very close to Disney property which made Ubering quick and easy. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I’d stay here again.

Great stay!

The house is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of room for a large family. Having three bathrooms was great. Our kids/teens loved the pool and hot tub. The pool temperature (we paid additional for heating) was incredible. The hot tub was a huge hit. The house is conveniently located close to the tennis/pickleball courts. Communication with Kal was great. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. Overall a great holiday vacation!

Wonderful!

We have stayed in the complex for 6 years while my daughter attends The Summit, the “Super Bowl” of all star cheerleading! This stay was by far the best! From the quick communication, cleanliness, and the amazing kindness from the owner when my flight was delayed. I would hands down visit this property again!

Perfect home for our family of 4 adults!

I'd like to say we enjoyed every square inch of this house, but honesty we rarely spent much time inside as the outside living space is so comfortable! While my husband and son golfed, my daughter and I floated for hours in the lovely pool. When we got chilly, the hot tub was right there waiting for us! The house is a short walk to the clubhouse and tennis courts which is one of the reasons why I chose this location. The 4 of us enjoyed hours on the courts playing either tennis or pickleball - the courts even have lights! The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of sidewalks for that early morning (or whenever!) stroll. No detail was left unturned in this property! It's clean, cozy, comfortable, and the owners responed immediately to any questions I had. Do your family a favor and BOOK THIS HOUSE!! You will NOT regret it!

Orlando Work Base

I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Very quiet, gated neighborhood and close to many grocery, etc. This place is very well taken care of and the property owner was a dream to communicate with. Loved the layout of the house and the beds were extremely comfortable. You won't go wrong staying here!

Great stay!

House was wonderful. We had 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids all with plenty of room. The house pool and hot tub were great. We all enjoyed the game room. The community is convenient to Disney with nearby grocery and stores. Cleanliness could have been better, but I have high standards for that. We loved the community arcade and convenience store but the pool was smaller than we are used to, especially for such a large community. There were many seniors and the pool and poolside restaurant/bar were quieter than we anticipated though food and drinks were good. We would def stay at this house again, but plan to venture out for a more lively "pool day" maybe to a waterpark or beach, or daypass at a resort.

Great location, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay at this house, which is in a convenient location to all of Orlando and looks just like the photos. We had a little issue with the check in at the gate and with letting in a visitor, but it was quickly resolved by the owner, who responded very quickly to our inquiries. There is a Wal Mart nearby for groceries, which we appreciated. Note that there is a Keurig - not a regular coffee maker - so that you buy Keurig cups and not ground coffee like we did! We would recommend this property without hesitation to any family visiting the Orlando area.

Amazing beautiful villa

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 19 nights over the Christmas period. We are a family of 6 and the villa provided a fantastic space for our stay. My teenage sons loved having there own rooms with tv that they could connect to Spotify! The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The gated community was easy to find and is close to Disney. It took us approximately 45 mins to drive to universal. The owners very kindly decorated the villa ready for Christmas which provided us with such a lovely welcome. The gifts to open was a very special and generous touch! The heated pool and hot tub were greatly enjoyed- no issues experienced. We cooked quite a lot during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oven and smart fridge freezer. The table was too small for us all to sit together but we used the side table as well. We cooked a large Turkey on Christmas Day but struggled to carve it as there is no large chopping/carving board (carved it in the roasting dish). A few wine glasses would also be a good addition to the kitchen cupboard. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept well. The sofa is also very comfortable. There are TVs in all rooms and a Sonos sound bar in the Lounge. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 star stay at the villa and would highly recommend to others. Thank you to the owners for the friendly correspondence before and during our stay!

Great place to stay

We had a great time at the property! House was clean and my family were very pleased with the stay. We also got to enjoy the hot tub after a long day of traveling around to see the theme parks. Also, host was very responsive, including a small issue with the AC in the home. Only thing to mention that could be improved is faucets in the bathrooms and the tiles in the showers seem like they have seen better days. Very minor complaint considering the grand scheme of things.

Perfect Getaway

Wow! Comfy home for our family! From the moment I booked with VRBO, I was in communication with Natalie. Natalie was very accessible to us, for anything that may have affect our vacation, quickly offered the pool heater, grandson enjoyed the pool from day one to the very ending. The house was organized, plenty of towels, washer machine readily available, plenty of things for the kids. Thank you.. we will return.

Lovely stay at this very clean 4 bedroom condo

Lovely condo. Sparkling clean. 2 minutes to the clubhouse that has a lovely large pool with a tiki bar. Pool and hot tub at the condo were very nice. Owners were very cooperative. We didn’t do theme parks but they are reasonably close. We would rent again.

Five Stars: Ideal Vacation Home & Location

Perfect house, perfect stay! Absolutely 5 stars! Safety: Safety is my primary concern when traveling. This home is in a gated neighborhood. You can't enter without a security pass and there is always someone in the guard booth. To access the community, you would take a private bridge that leads in and out of the property. The home has additional security features, which were very reassuring. Accuracy of listing: The home is EXACTLY as pictured yet the photos still don't capture the charm of seeing it in person. The materials and fixtures seemed high end. The beds and sofas were super comfy, which is not always the case at rentals. I believe this is a relatively new property and you can tell. It's so clean and beautifully decorated and the layout is ideal for a visit where you want people/couples to have privacy. The master BR w/ensuite bath is right next to the pool, the second King BR w/ensuite bath is in the middle across from the desk, and there are two other BRs w/shared bath in between near the front of the house. The layout was our favorite feature by far. Neighborhood: Scenic, quiet, well-maintained and convenient. Disney World is literally on your way to the rental, so very close--like 15-20 minutes. A few turns and you will reach a major highway with every local and national restaurant chain you can imagine. There is a super Walmart nearby and it has a gas station, which was very convenient. We took day trips to Tampa and Cocoa Beach. Communication: The property managers were friendly and incredibly responsive whenever I had a question, no matter how simple. We communicated via text mainly but they were also available by phone if needed. I had no major concerns when I was there. We all loved the house and we were very sad to leave. If I were to return to the area, I would book my vacation around the availability of this house. It honestly exceeded my expectations and I am not easy to please.

Lovely Vacation Villa

Lovely and spacious vacation villa for our family of 6 (2 adults/ 4 kids). As in the photos— updated and very well-kept. We all were extremely comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy too. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool, as the parents enjoyed relaxing beside the pool on the patio furniture:). We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this villa. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and the Disney parks. Great location! Kal, the homeowner was extremely responsive with communication. “Customer service” at its finest! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Kal and Natalie!

Perfect getaway

It was amazing! The finishing touches, all the upgrades, and the cleanliness of the property was simply spectacular. Kal and Natty were super quick to respond, and we just felt right at home. The pool area was great, and I loved having a little space between the pool and the wall of the property. The privacy was great. I would definitely stay again 😁

Cheer comp 2022

We rented this house for a daughters cheer comp trip and was amazing. The owners were very responsive to anything we needed and were even able to extend our stay and additional night with very short notice. Our kids spent many hours swimming in the pool and playing in the garage. If we come back next year will totally try to rent this house again. Ty

First time renting a vacation home!

We absolutely loved this home! It is beautifully decorated and very well kept! Especially enjoyed relaxing outside in our personal hot tub, pool, furnished patio area!! Great for fresh air & morning coffee or a night cap! Hope to visit again soon!!
