front desk staff was friendly , however felt very unsafe from things overheard from other guests, rooms were not clean, noisy, didn't feel comfortable bringing my teenage daughter in and ended up not staying the night

I was kicked out because staff double booked both rooms I was given as upgrades. Swat team of Orange county kicked my door and tried to force their way in. I tweeted on X about them. I was forced to leave and was arrested for indecent exposure and jailed for 2 days. I was starved, kept with no mattress or working water in my cell. I asked for protective custody and was put in the strip where people who attempted suicide are held in special clothing that can't be used to kill yourself. I believe this motel 6 may be in my social security number also as I am finding a lot of properties are.. worste stay ever

There were bugs in the room, no comforters or blankets on the bed and the closet was a metal rod in the middle of the room with 4 hangers. It looked like a jail cell. Very horrible. It was non-refundable, so we just left to find another hotel and did not get our $$ back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I was verbally abused by the staff, without the worst of it, neither men nor women are trained to deal with the public. They are despotic, rude, and very uneducated.

This place was a total dump. They didn’t even offer a refund. The front desk person that did the check out was terrible. Upon checking in the front desk guy which was pretty nice and tried his best gave me a total of 9 different keys to try in three doors and he had to come open the doors because the keys didn’t work. The first room had bed bugs, the second room had roaches and the third room had blood under the sheets. Luckily there were two beds and unfortunately I had my son with me to deal with this. The heat didn’t work. We were cold the whole night and cook take a shower in the final room they put us in. We had to stay one extra night and booked this room at the last minute. We had a great stay the other 4 nights here we stayed at the Double Tree. I have picture too.

Please be aware of you're surroundings when staying here. Its very sketchy. There was a man in the lobby claming a stranger tried to get into his room while his child was in there. The 3rd floors looks like a storage area. My room had crap in the toilet and a and wasn't clean .. also stay clear of the long term guests..looks more like a gang hanging out in the the lobby. We checked out within 5 mins of checking in and left on two wheels..the only pleasant experience was the front desk clerk She was lovely.

The pee hallway
Roaches in the room going down the hall way smelled like pee and dogs that got stronger the closer we got to the room on the first floor dogs barking all throughout the night people or kids running up and down the hallway on the floor above us the elevator was not working so taking my luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult front desk didn’t know what to do when it came to calling front desk from the room

Roach coach motel.
I give this place 5 roaches out of 5 roaches. This rating essentially sums it up. Motel 6 should rename this place the roach coach motel. It’s bad enough that they have roaches, but to leave the crushed dead ones on the wall for the nest guest is horrible. Place was filthy dirty.

Bugs and active black mold
The first room I checked into I went to check out the room and the bathroom had roaches actively running around. The wall outside the bathroom looked as though it has a huge amount of blood that was painted over. I went to the front office and asked for another room. This room was not much better. The bathroom had active black mold growing on the ceiling. Then there was the smoke detector that beeped all night long. I never found the other smoke detector that beeped all night long. The one on the wall was unplugged and the battery was removed. I immediately checked out the next morning.

This place should be condemned
This place should be condemned! Elevators don't work, filthy, the smell of rancid urine, vomit, cigarretes and pot is repugnant. The room had spiders and lamps and bed lamps were about to fall down. The bathroom was full of mildew, and all fixtures were very old and runned down. We had to ask for bed blankets and towels as the room did not have any, and when I asked for them, we got them as they were coming out of the laundry (don't know if they were clean or not) but definitely not even folded. I told the "lady" in the front desk the issues that we had in the bedroom and she just told me that if we did not like it we could take it with the booking agency, she did not care for my complains and that the hotel was fully booked, and the room would fill right away. The ceiling had a water keak and we had to place towels on the floor to be able to sleep and not slip away with the wet floor. Save yourself $200 and don't dare to book this place.

what a worst experience i had last night , first parking lot had begger at 11.15 pm. , was not comfortable at night , then took room key , elevator was not working amd hotel was house full , room was at 3 rd floor , the hallway was full of mariwana smell , couldn’t sleep at night becomes of noise form lobby and next door, soap was so tiny can’t even pick up , on an on and on will not go to street where motel 6 is. if there i stating -10. i wll give that

Gross!!

Horrible place to stay
My stay was very terrible there was a huge roach in the bathroom, bad mold in the shower and around the trimming of the shower. My fiancé have allergies and his eyes swollen and turned red so we had to sleep in his diesel truck and they only provided one night refund. I will never stay at a more 6 again.

We checked in late and found out they gave our room to another couple but charged it under my card. The lady at the front was very rude. Got sent to a room that had not been cleaned (beds unmade and a pile of dirt next to a trash bag)…got moved to another room, our neighbors are loud, our room smells weird, doors slamming, and a guy in the staircase said keep an eye out for roaches. I used to stay here a bunch but this is our last time.

Dirty place with sketchy people around and inside the motel. Someone was staying in the room we had reserved for the night illegally and locked themselves in. The front desk clerk tried to break down the room’s door. He then played it off saying that a few “bad apples” spoof the keys to break into rooms. Needless to say we didn’t bother to even stay the night. Stay as far away as you can for your own safety!
