Champions Gate is a wonderful and complete resort! The community sits only 15 minutes from Disney World, with extremely easy access to I-4. One of the best Orlando area vacation condos by far!
You will find inside the complex all the services that you may need like grocery shops, restaurants from breakfast to dinner, banks, gas stations, and a lot more for your convenience.
There are so many amenities for your entertainment as a beach style pool with water slides, sand volleyball courts, cabanas, and a tiki bar. The clubhouse has two full bars, a full arcade, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the beautiful weather. You will always have something to do in this amazing resort!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* Barbecue / Grill: rental for $70 + taxes, minimum for the entire stay. We provide one propane tank– If applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.

* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date.
Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.

* Please, contact our office for package delivery information.

* Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.

* Parties and pets are not allowed on this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply.

* Check-In Time: 4:00 PM (Arrival time from 4PM).

* Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (Departure time until 10AM).

* Minimum age: 21 years old or over.

*DELIVERY: We do accept deliveries during your stay. However, please note that we are not responsible for receiving packages on behalf of guests.

Guests must arrange their deliveries to arrive during their stay and be available to receive them.

Please also be aware that the condominium does not accept deliveries made by USPS. Only Amazon, FedEx, and UPS deliveries are allowed. This policy helps us avoid issues like the one that occurred previously at another property.

For this reason, we strongly recommend placing orders with delivery via Amazon, FedEx, or UPS. If a package is sent via USPS, it may be delivered to a mailbox instead of the house, and we will not be able to assist.
