Welcome to the SINGLE FAMILY HOME of your dreams in Kissimmee!! This 2 storey 6 bedroom and 5 bathroom rental home (SLEEPS 12) with a private pool is located in the Paradise Palm Resorts Community. This Modern and spacious house allows large families or families traveling together, to enjoy Orlando, while having their own private space.
Paradise Palm Resorts is a beautiful tropical vacation community located just 6 miles from Disney and just minutes to Universal, Sea World and many water parks in the area.
This 6 bedrooms/5 bath house not only has a scenic walkway to the beautiful resort clubhouse, but you can also take a break and cool off in your very own pool/hot tub and dine poolside at your leisure. Please NOTE - Heating for Pool and Hot Tub is optional and available for additional fees.
Enjoyment for all ages and large groups is easy with an open floor plan, formal dining table and breakfast bar, and exciting Avengers themed game room. The large kitchen is a chef’s dream to cook in, with upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The guest suite downstairs is for your added convenience. Before bedtime, upstairs guests can enjoy a movie in the upstairs loft, before heading to bed.
The resort is amazing & beautifully maintained with free amenities. Resort’s 9500 sq. ft. clubhouse has everything you could wish for including a –

Family Vacation
My adult children and I stayed in this house for our yearly family vacation. We all had an amazing time. I would highly recommend paying for the pool to be heated, that is where we spent all of our time.
The house was great! We swam, watched movies,cooked, played games and it was so spacious. If we come back to Orlando again I will definitely stay here.

The property was just the right size for our 9 person family. It was a great escape from the massive crowds and noise at the parks. The use of the resorts swimming pool was the icening on the cake
It provided another avenue for us to relax in the hot tub while the kids were in the pool cooling off.

Fantastic Massive House!
Great house in a great location. Neha is perhaps the most responsive host I have come across. The house has everything you need for a great holiday. So to be clear it is definitely 5/5 and any negative points below detract only marginally from that.
The house is clearly so popular that there is very high turnover of guests so there are signs of wear and tear here and there. Nothing that stops you enjoying your holiday at all, unless you want the house to be like a show house.
The security gate is a bit of a faff but you soon get used to it.
Parking could get tight if the street is fully occupied as you get one space and then there are some unreserved bays opposite. You could squeeze 2 cars on the drive but would block the path.
The street is cut off from the rest of the resort. You can walk thru a nature trail to the amenities in ten mins (or would take 30 mins ish to walk round the road way and you would look like a weirdo as nobody ever seems to be out walking here!) .....The nature trail is perfectly safe and well lit but does bring you out at the lake which has gators in which sounds unnerving but nobody seems to over worry about it.
The resort center has a tiki bar and a pool, cinema, shop and other bits. Looks great and probably a better offer than other similar resorts.
We went with pool heat as staying at xmas. Pool heat was fantastic - I have had baths cooler than it!
You know you booked well when the young adults in the party high five you! Praise indeed!

Great Place to Stay
The house is much more roomy than I expected, and it was perfect for our family!! There were 9 of us, and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great! We had a few minor hiccups, but they were addressed immediately by the property manager and the owner!! They were fantastic!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay
If you are looking for a villa in a quiet location this is ideal. The villa itself is so spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The facilities were excellent and the Xbox was a nice touch so I son could unwind after a busy day at the parks. Very clean.
The location is closer to the Disney parks than universal but this did not make any difference to us as we had a car and it was probably only a 40 minute drive away.
Neha the property manager could not have been more helpful and the communication was excellent.
Would definitely recommend for any family wanting a gated community villa.

Family Vacation in Kissimmee
We had a wonderful time on our Family Vacation in Kissimmee. The house was beautiful and clean. The owner and property manager were very helpful and great with communication. The property was close to the Disney Parks and lots of great restaurants. I would definitely rent this property again!

Awesome place for two young families!
This house was great for us! We had 2 large families with many young kids and it was a big hit! It was clean, well stocked, fun and a great location. The individual pool was a definite perk, although our kids also loved the pool at the resort too!
We’d definitely consider coming back here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
