Beautiful home!

The house was amazing! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. My family had a great time and they love the water park with pool. We would def recommend and stay here again.

Great, short stay for the parks

We chose this listing for a short trip to Orlando visiting Universal Studios. Ae arrived very late at nearly 2am to a very welcoming home. This resort is very close to Disney parks. We only visited Universal this time and took an Uber each time without any issues. The kids loved the private splash pool and the community pool so much. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The home was very clean with plenty of kitchen necessities. The owners were quick to communicate in any questions we had. We can’t wait to return!

Terrific stay

The house was perfect for our family with kids (ages 17, 15, and 10). The house was spacious allowing us to spread out and be comfortable. The private pool was terrific, we spent every day in it. The community pool and splash pad was a huge hit for our family as well. It was only minutes from all the Disney Parks and shopping. Super easy check in process. The hosts Keith and Toni were great and checked in with us. We didn’t need anything, but it was nice that they wanted to be sure. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Spacious and clean

We had a great stay! Communication with the owner was fantastic. My 8 year old loved the splash pool. One of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Between my husband and myself we book 2-3 condos/ homes a year. King bed mattress was better than our bed at home. We usually stay at a hotel when visiting theme parks and walk or take park transpiration. However, this home was a much better fit for our family. After leaving Universal’s Royal Pacific, the space felt amazing for our family of 5. Driving to the parks was easy and convenient. I highly recommend Mickey’s Beach Bungalow!

Perfect for larger families

We stayed here for our Disney trip. We have a large family with children ranging from 18-infant. This house was perfect. Everyone fit and there was more then enough room for everyone to have their space. The pool our back was perfect. It allowed us to swim anytime we wanted. The older kids loved the water slides and our 4 year old loved the splash park. It was close to all four Disney parks (15 mins or less). There is a Walmart close by for food and necessities. The house was clean and the owners communicated quickly. We will definitely be back.

Best Week Ever

Our stay at Mickey's Beach Bungalow was excellent. The communication, leading up to and during our stay with, Keith, was exceptional. He definitely made sure we had everything we needed. The house is lovely, including the splash pool, that our kids LOVED! While we only had one day to enjoy the resort amenities, we enjoyed the resort pool and slides and stayed til closing on that day. We visited all but one of the Disney parks, plus Disney Springs, and the drive time was roughly 20 minutes (or less) to each location. All in all this was a great place to stay for our Disney trip and we will definitely plan to stay again when we return.

Amazing experience

Our family consists of 2 adults and a 5 yr old autistic girl. I spend so much time researching places to stay for our vacations. The owners have literally covered my major safety concerns for my daughter. They have a security door lock at the top of the front door, an alarm on the sliding glass door to the pool and a safety net around the pool itself. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. House is located very close to Disney and other parks, shopping and restaurants. Walmart is literally less than 10 minutes away. The only thing I would have liked would have been more space in the pantry for storing our groceries but it was manageable . The owners are very sweet and have fantastic communication. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Townhouse

This townhouse was exactly as described with all the things you would need for your stay. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook with which was a big plus. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything was clean. The neighborhood was great and we loved the pool at the townhouse as well as the community pool. We will definitely stay here again !

Top notch property and owners. Would stay here again and again and again!

My family and I have been coming to the Disney World area for the past 9 years, always staying in a rental home. I have to say that this property is the cleanest and one of the most well thought-out units that we have ever stayed in. The owners are friendly, quick to communicate, and really focused on guest experience. Can't ask for more. The property is almost exactly as pictured. And what is different in real life is even better than what's in the photos (i.e. outdoor furniture) - the owners are constantly making improvements and taking into account feedback from their guests. I look for comfortable beds and furniture, but it is easy to be fooled from a photo. But not this place! The sofas, the outdoor furniture, and especially the beds are fantastic (being used to a memory foam mattress at home makes almost any vacation bed feel uncomfortable usually). Plus there is ample seating for everyone - couches, bar stools, kitchen chairs, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple coffee makers, many pots and pans, any utensil you can think of, plastic and regular plates/bowls, even mini yeti-style cups for drinks around the pool. They even thought of little things like having some coffee filters so you don't have to play the guessing game at the grocery store and hope you get the right style. They've thought of those things before their guests can even think of them. My favourite convenience was the plug adaptors that they have in the bedrooms - 4-different regular plugs, and then 2 USB ports as well. Located right by the bedside table for added convenience. With all the technology nowadays, we found it so helpful to plug in all appliances and devices without having to prioritize and remember to change things over in the middle of the night. I know I'm forgetting more things because I was constantly remarking on how great certain aspects of the house were. I should have written them down. I am making the assumption that, if you're looking at this property, then you are already sold on renting at Windsor Hills. But let me say that the resort is also a major selling feature. From a location perspective, it is so close to the Disney parks that it's even convenient to go back and forth mid-day. From a security perspective, I have never stayed at a resort that is more thorough. And just overall, the amenities from the pool, to the water slides, splash pad, multiple playgrounds, and gardens are top notch. HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

Already looking forward to another stay!!

Everything we could want in a vacation home, this property had it! This truly felt like home away from home. It was exactly what we were looking for after our park days and even on ours days in. The location was quiet, even though we arrived during spring break, clean, and well stocked with extras. The communication from the owner's was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help with any questions quickly. We're excited to plan our next visit here and have already passed on their information to friends who are planning their Disney trip! You can't go wrong with this one!!

Perfect family house

We loved this home. It was extremely clean, was a very easy commute to all of the Disney parks, well-stocked and we felt very comfortable and safe there. The owners are very easy to communicate with and go out if their way to make sure everything is going well. The kids room and pool were perfect for our family. Will be staying here again!

PERFECT ALL AROUND!!

From check in to check out this property is everything you could possibly ask for! Windsor Hills is the perfect location to all Orlando has to offer. This townhome has everything you need to feel at home. Clean, comfortable and fully stocked!! The board games and baby/toddler items were so appreciated! The owners were accessible and kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well especially during Tropical Storm Nicole. Hope to stay again during our next Disney Trip!! (2 adults and 4 kids ages 12, 9, 9, 3)

Very comfortable townhouse and owners thought of everything

We really enjoyed our time at the townhouse. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality cookware. The kitchen items made cooking so much easier then my past stays at same complex but different townhouse! I picked this townhouse bc the furniture looked comfortable and after staying there I can report it is comfortable. The townhouse even had nightlight which helped w my son. We had very easy to follow instructions from the owners. The owners gave us their contact information so if we needed anything while we stayed at the their home! We will 100% want to stay at this townhouse again in the future!

Fabulous home from home!

Brilliant from start to finish! The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish! The house itself was perfect. It was furnished with everything we could have wanted! The pool was a perfect size for a cool down after a visit to the parks! The house was well equipped with everything you could imagine! There was even a fab coffee machine so we could have our morning coffee pod fix! Disney is literally a 5 min drive and Walmart is at the end of the road! Check in was super efficient and helpful! Can not rate this house high enough and we are already planning on coming back to it next year! An amazing find!!

Mickey’s Beach Bungalow

Just perfect from start to finish. Keith and Toni were fantastic hosts with absolutely top class, friendly communication. It certainly made for a very stress free stay. The bungalow had everything that we needed, and more. It was in a perfect position for the pool and amenities which made it easy for the children to come and go. The bungalow was lovely and clean, and the entry system was so easy to use. I would definitely recommend Mickey’s Beach Bungalow and was sad to leave. Thank you Keith and Toni.

Great Stay and Wonderful home

We had a great stay from Apr 2- 9, 2022. 1. The property is located only minutes from all Disney gates and the home is perfectly appointed for a family with young kids. 2. The house and gated property pools are perfect to relax in after a long day at the parks. 3. The owners are very helpful and responsive to needs. 4. This home is also very near a large Walmart, Drive thru Starbucks, and most fast food and casual dining you will need. Very convenient. 5, We will definitely stay again when in the Orlando area.

Great experience

Very happy we selected this property. A welcoming home that was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Updated appliances were nice for cooking and laundry. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. Location within Windsor Hills was ideal as all amenities were within walking distance with the young kids. Short easy drive to and from the Disney parks was nice especially after a long day of walking around. Plenty of dining options and attractions within a few miles. Home owners were helpful from the time of booking all the way through the stay without being intrusive and offered insider tips for the area when I had questions. Private pool and outdoor area was clean and roomy. Kids loved the pool and it and was a comfortable setting to enjoy the mornings before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this property, especially for first those making their first trip to Disney.

Perfect Location for a quick trip!

Mickey's Beach Bungalow was the perfect place for our Disney getaway. It was 4 adults and 2 children who stayed. We had plenty of space and the house was immaculate. We loved our personal mini pool in the backyard. We also took the short walk over to the resort's pool and splash pad and had a great time there as well. The location of this condo is great. We were 5 to 10 mins from every Disney Park, down the street from the Super Walmart, and Hwy 192 had every food eating place we could think of. We love staying in Windsor Hills and are already planning our trip back. Keith was an amazing host and provided us with exceptional service. He sent reminder emails, answered questions right away, and helped with recommendations. Thank you Keith & Toni for hosting us! It was another great trip for the Books!

A perfect Orlando option for families!

We HIGHLY recommend staying at Keith and Toni's property if you have a family and are visiting the Orlando area! We are a family of 6 and wanted more space to spread out during our vacation. Mickey's Beach Bungalow, with its 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was just perfect for us. The property was just as it looks in the pictures, was extremely clean, and had great decor/supplies/beds/amenities. The kitchen has literally anything you might need for making meals and it was so nice to have plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed the private splash pool (I do recommend having it heated if you are visiting in the winter or early spring) and loved the larger pool/waterslide area that was just a short walk away. The location of the townhome can't be beat--10 min to Disney parks, and tons of stores/shops/restaurants within minutes. Our check-in process was seamless and communication with Keith was unbelievably timely. Keith and Toni give so much helpful information to make your stay so easy. We loved our stay at Windsor Hills and would gladly stay at this property on any future visits to Orlando...we didn't want to leave! Thank you Keith and Toni!

PERFECT FOR A FAMILY OF 8!!

Our stay in Keith & Toni home was just perfect for my family. Everything was super clean. The neighborhood was very quite during our stay. I wish I would have got the pool heated for our December stay I would recommend doing so if that’s the time you go. Keith an Toni where great hosts. Communication with them was very excellent as well.. very fast to respond to what we needed during our stay. I would definitely be renting from them again. Thank you both for having our family for vacation!!

Wonderful Vacation at Mickey’s Beach Bungalow

I stayed at this property with my family (husband and two sons who are 7 and 2). We took a family vacation to Orlando and this home made our trip so relaxing and comfortable! The owners have thought of everything and there was plenty of space for all of us! The entire home was super clean, organized, and well-kept. Having three bathrooms was awesome and the bedrooms were all beautifully decorated with comfy and clean linens. My boys LOVED the Mickey themed room, especially my two year old! There was a good basic supply of cooking tools and I was able to prepare meals when needed. There were plenty of towels for baths as well as for the pool and kitchen. The pool was delightful and we all enjoyed swimming and relaxing throughout the day. The process to check in was simple and we felt very secure in the home too. The owner is just a text away and checked on us many times during our stay which was lovely. Also, the location is perfect- close to all the major parks, especially Disney! We loved our stay and will be back!!
