Our private 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom one of a kind pool home is meticulously clean and newly renovated. Newly remodeled kitchen and themed rooms, and richly-appointed spaces include large gathering areas, a bright, professional-grade kitchen, spectacular dining room, two walk-out master suites, and a home theater and Tesla / EV Charging Station!! The lanai includes a sparkling pool and spa. It offers luxurious and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area theme parks - You’ll appreciate the short drive to the theme parks, it's only a 12 mile drive away from Mickey and all his friends, located on the fabulous Champions Gate Resort.

Kitchen:
The Mickey themed kitchen is equipped with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. It has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. There is a Mickey waffle maker, kettle,, and plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Most importantly, we have included a double side by side refrigerators!!
Dining:
The breakfast bar has seating for eight while the dining room table has seating for ten.
Family Room:
Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.
Home Arcade:
Game the night away in our climate controlled black light Pizza Planet themed game room featuring two 65” Flatscreen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball and arcade games. There’s plenty of board games for rainy days or play our own Hidden Mickey game hidden throughout the house and win a prize from us!
Pool:
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting Nemo & friends themed covered lanai complete with pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga game. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There’s also a bbq for your use, (we recommend hamburgers and hotdogs because fish are friends not food 😂) with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling!

The magic of Disney's Encanto will bless everyone with a good night's sleep in this magically inspired room. Climb up the staircase to a twin size bunk and glide down the slide just like Mirabel to the queen size bed. Drift off to sleep as the magical stars twinkle above.
Frozen bedroom:
Your little royal will be ready to go on a fearless journeys in their dreams when cozied up in our Frozen Castle bunkbed. It has 4 twin beds and a slide. Stay up past midnight watching movies on the 43” 4k Smart TV as twinkling stars shine up above.
Toy Story bedroom:
Join Woody, Buzz and the rest of the gang in Al’s Toy Barn. Our Ultimate Toy Story room is perfect for children of all ages! Climb up the wooden blocks to get to the twin size bunk and slide down to the queen size bed. Watch TV with the Little Green Men on our 4k Etch A Sketch Smart TV.

Our spacious 2nd floor King Bedroom Suite offers a 55” 4k smart TV, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It is equipped with USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

Loft/Lounge Area:
The upstairs lounge area has an 55” 4k Smart TV with a sound bar and seating for everyone to play on the Nintendo and Sega Genesis game systems.
Laundry:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There’s also an iron and ironing board.
Linens:
We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area.
For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play. There’s outlet covers, retractable baby gates on the stairs, a pool alarm and a child safety fence by the pool.
There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee
We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one bar of soap in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.
