Magical Stay: Heated Pool & Spa Near Disney

Welcome to your own slice of paradise in Florida! This charming 3BR/2BA home is a private oasis, your perfect home away from home. Enjoy a heated pool and hot tub with full sun, overlooking a serene pond, ideal for unwinding with a drink. Inside, relax in the spacious living room or challenge your group to a foosball match. With easy access to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, shopping, and more, this home has everything for an unforgettable stay.

We understand pets are an important part of the family. Pets are allowed upon host confirmation, and the fee is $150 per pet per stay.
Maximum 3 pets are allowed. The host's confirmation will be based on information about the breed. Large breeds are restricted to one pet. Guests with small breeds will be allowed a maximum of 3 pets.
All dogs must be caged when left by themselves. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds.

Sometimes of the year the pool might get a little cooler than you like. Please let us know if you will require our pool heating service for an additional $35/day (minimum for 3 days). Only spa can be heated for an extra fee $25/day (minimum for 3 days).

KINDLY NOTIFY US AND MAKE PAYMENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN IF YOU WILL REQUIRE OUR POOL HEATING SERVICE. AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25 WILL APPLY IF REQUESTED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

THE SPACE:
Exterior
From the moment you arrive, this home welcomes you with tropical charm-tall palm trees, a well-kept lawn, and a clean, inviting facade. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it offers the perfect blend of privacy and relaxation for families or groups.

Living Room
The heart of the home is a bright, open living room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Unwind in plush recliners or on the cozy sofa while enjoying a movie on the TV. It’s the perfect space to relax after a day of adventure.

Dining Room
Gather around the six-person dining table, perfectly positioned for family meals or evening games. The warm lighting and open layout make it an inviting place to connect and share.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware you need. A charming breakfast nook with seating for four makes it easy to start your day with a fresh meal or a quiet cup of coffee.

Pool Area
Step outside to your own private oasis, a heated pool and hot tub enclosed by a screened lanai. With lounge chairs, seating, and total privacy, it’s the perfect place to soak up the Florida sun, enjoy a drink, or cool off after a park day. The tropical vibe and open space create a resort-like experience right at home.

Master Bedroom
Spacious and serene, the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and vaulted ceiling. Large windows bring in natural light while vertical blinds offer privacy and restful sleep. The room includes two elegant nightstands, a cozy reading chair, a TV, and direct access to the en-suite bathroom, perfect for couples or anyone who values space and comfort.

Master Bathroom
This bright and private en-suite bathroom offers a dual-sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a relaxing corner bathtub, ideal for winding down after a day at the parks. The separate toilet area adds privacy, and plenty of mirror space ensures convenience for getting ready.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with modern rustic furniture, a dresser, and nightstand. A large window provides natural light and views of the pool area. It also includes a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing, reading, or accommodating an extra guest or child.

Third Bedroom
This fun and cozy room is ideal for kids or Star Wars fans! It includes two twin beds with themed bedding and wall art. A charming arched window adds character and light, while blackout blinds ensure a good night’s sleep.

Second Bathroom
Shared between the second and third bedrooms, this bathroom is equipped with a combination tub/shower, a stylish wood-finish vanity, and modern black fixtures. It’s clean, functional, and perfect for family use.

Had a lovely stay at the villa. Check in was very easy and the location was excellent for Disney. We enjoyed using the pool and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the management host was easy and we had quick replys. Its not the most luxurious villa ive ever stayed in and had a few flaws i.e broken blinds and outdoor patio furniture not being the best, but i would still stay here again if i come back.

Great location

Nice location with a ton of entertainment and amenities close by. Homes a little dated but pretty decent. Some of the blades for the blinds on the sliding door randomly fell off from time to time. A. Inch of them looked like they were previously repaired. I looked to see if a new set was laying around so I could be helpful and change them for the host but didn’t see any. Communication was excellent.

No cleaning supplies, barely any amenities, blankets over white couches, really just a trap

The host has unrealistic expectations with the equipment and furnishing, to be allowing pets and children in their bio. White couches with packing blankets on them called "covers" which were used by our children as blankets while watching the television. They then tried to charge use an extra fee to steam clean the sofa to remove a little dirt from the arm rests. If you're going to allow things that attract dirt then furnish your dwelling as so fits.

Could have been better

When we got to the property checking in was great and it was in a good neighborhood. The outside trash cans and recycling were full still. Once we got inside, we noticed in the one bathroom trash can there was still trash inside it that was from the family before, the sheets were not clean they had stains on them and they had a weird smell to them. The carpets were not vacuumed the vacuum ended up having a bunch of dirt in it after cleaning all the rooms once I found fleas on my dog from the people before. There were two cockroaches inside the house one was near the window and the other came crawling out from the bed. The screen in the outdoor area near the pool had a hole in it which we were not aware of and my dog got out. We were not accompanied right away and we were told they would “look into it” also when booking has pictures of another property on it that should a community pool and was a big reason why we booked. After being told by the host that we had sabotaged the property and put all the things that were wrong with the property into pictures, did she relocate us to another house. The host was not pleasant and did not accommodate me as she should have before things got out of hand. We will not be staying there again.

You get what you pay for.

For the price of this house is OK. If you expect it to be nice, it’s not. Needs some attention. 1. Could not use the pool and patio area. Patio furniture was broken and needs trashed. No cover on the patio from the weather, not even an umbrella. Screened in patio has screen ripped in numerous places. Mosquitoes!!! 2. When it rained. Water leaked in the house at the patio door. Wet sheet rock dripping and falling. 3. Bed master bath, hard as a rock. 4. Bed in 2nd bedroom has dirty sheets, black curly hair on the pillow case, crumbs in bed. 5. Bunk beds was ok, slept there. 6 ANTs everywhere, yes tiny ants in the house on the counters, floors. Almost left, should of left and asked for a refund. The house looks good in the pictures, and looks good in person at first. Nice neighborhood, good location. Great AC.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for our trip to Disney. It was a short drive to all 4 parks. Master bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on. Pool was refreshing and clean. Some TLC stuff can be fixed but wasn't that bad. Would stay again.

Needs Some Love

Property manager was very easy to reach and very nice. Neighbors and the neighborhood are lovely. The price was good and the location was excellent for our needs. The property needs some upgrades. There were missing vertical blinds. Many of the window latches were broken and some are bolted closed so you couldn't open them if you wanted some fresh air. Tiles were broken and duct taped with a random floor rug over it. The property wasn't as clean as I've experienced with other VRBO homes in the area. Some items from past visitors were left behind like a sleeping mask and pajamas. Overall it was a nice stay. A little more TLC and some upgrades would really make this house shine.
