We like the house a lot and it had plenty of bedrooms and baths, so it was easy to get out in the morning. Our biggest issue with the house itself was the number of chairs that were broken and unusable around the pool. Fortunately, there were only 8 adults, so we could make do, but a larger group would have a problem.
The resort has a nice pool, but on the last day we were there, they wanted to charge us around $40 to use it. I was told the resort policy has changed but since we were already there, they would let us in. If you are booking now you should be aware of that.
Be prepared for a lack of parking. There are 2 spots in the driveway, so if you have more than 2 cars (we had 3), be prepared to walk. Most of the time we were able to get one of the 4 spots on the entire street. When you don't you need to search for somewhere else to park. One night we had to park a car .25 miles away, and on Friday night, it was more than half a mile away.
It also is not a quiet community. There were 2 nights that nearby homes were having loud parties well past midnight, so if you are a light sleeper, you may have a difficult time.
So even though the house was very nice and the price outstanding, I wouldn't recommend it.
