Our home is located in the Solterra Resort, a gated community offering a range of fantastic amenities for your enjoyment. You'll have access to a resort-style pool with a beach entry, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The resort also boasts a lazy river, water slide, and hot tub for added fun. For those who like to stay active, there's a fitness center, tennis courts, and a volleyball court. Families will appreciate the kids' playground and recreational areas. When it comes to dining and drinks, you can visit the Poolside Tiki Bar and Café & Grill. Please note that there is a one-time fee per house per reservation for the Solterra Resort amenities, which must be paid directly to the resort. The resort pool is heated from December to April. The resort pool is open from 9am to 10pm daily; the water slide is open from 11am to 8pm daily; the lazy river is open from 11am to 7pm daily; the Resort Bar & Grill is open from 9:30 am to 6 pm daily; the fitness center is open from 5 am to 10 pm daily; and the tennis courts, play zone, club trail, and resort cabanas are open from dawn to dusk. Parking is free.

👉Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN house is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES. They are your responsibility.



📌No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms, game room, or spa/ pool area



📌There's will be a $12.00 fee for any damaged towel and $35.00 for sheets



📌AIR CONDITIONER- must NOT be set below 70 degree or heat set above 75 degree. Fan should not be change from auto.



👉 *Do not leave the doors open because the air conditioner can freeze. If that happens, there will be charge $250.00 fee to call technician and fix.



*👉*Breaking the rules, any damages, missing items, stained or broken item’s etc.. there will be a fee charged. ( including sheets, towels, silverware) so please be careful with our home.



*📌Pets are allowed on our property, no more then 50 pounds ($80.00 pet fee) must be paid upfront, allowed no more than 2 pets. if someone comes to break this rule, we will have a fine of $250.00. Furthermore, Guest are responsible for any damage done by their pets.



Guest responsible for keeping clean around the house and in the condominium collecting the physiological needs of the pet.



-📌We offer a BBQ grill and propane gas tank empty (feel free to refuel) If used, we have a $40.00 cleaning fee. ( must pay first to use)

*📌*Pool pricing: less than 2 days- $50(per day)Jacuzzi is included.

Request this service 2 days before your check-in. The pool temperature to be 90F through 94F.



⭐️Keep in mind this is an outdoor area in Florida, in the summer time so there is a possibility of insects. We do have a pest control team come every month to prevent any occurrence.



**👉Reminder:

We have landscapers and a pool tech that comes once a week to clean and maintain the lawn. Please give them space and allow them to work, they should not bother you. Pool should not be used for 2 hours after the pool tech has finished cleaning.



*👉*By making his reservation, you also agreed that the pool and pool area will be used at your own risk



👉*Total people sleeping in the house must be 14 people. The guest must do the reservation with the right numbers of the guests. If the house has more guests then when the reservation was originally booked, fee will be $50.00 per night per person. Not Allow people at the house that is not on the reservation.



📌Only people listed on the reservation as guests will be allowed in the house and Resort.



* Lock the front and back door before you leave the house.



📌I would like to make some IMPORTANT comments:

*Our home offers all of the listed amenities for your convenience, but some items are not there throughout your stay, they are there as a courtesy upon your arrival.

* These items include, but are not limited to, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap and detergent, soap and shampoo. You can restock these items as needed.

* We provide 1 bath towel per guest (according to the maximum occupancy of the house) and 2 hand towels per bathroom and some for the pool.

*👉we do not provide WASH towels

We do not provide extra towels as the house has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
