Spacious Home

We loved the home and how close it was to the parks. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. It could use some touching up (wear and tear on walls, better pool furniture, throws/blankets in living room , harsh lightning in main living areas) but overall we were pleased. The reason I gave a 3 star on the neighborhood is because 4 out of the 9 nights, there were very loud parties. After one party lasted 3 nights, I called security and was told they were allowed to do that until 10 pm. It’s unfortunate because we couldn’t even sit outside due to the noise level. Hard to control I know, but thought I should share because homes are very close together.

Fun Stay

The house looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing some garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The traffic getting to the parks wasn’t fun but it was overall a good location. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We had a great time.

Had roaches in the kitchen at night and air conditioner in the theatre room was down the whole weekend. Also the beds was hard as heck to sleep on for a week and couldn't wait to get home

Amazing house!!

Very comfy, game room is so nice but super hot because we couldn’t turn on the unit air, and the house is great with high ceilings and many rooms. The kids love the pool and the spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is also very nice. We will be definitely back when we have a chance to visIt Orlando again.

Enjoyable

This property is in a great location and the resort is really nice and has great amenities. I would stay here again. The instructions for the stay and departure were clear and easily understood. I think the managing company providing starter amenities like, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels, and a few garbage bags, is more than ample supply. TRAVELERS SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THER OWN NEEDS! We had enough for our stay, but there were only 6 adults. Just know if you are travelling with a large number of people, you've got to make a Walmart run. It is standard to purchase additional items. Also, we did not purchase heat for the pool, but the water was nice and not too cold. The neighborhood is also quiet in the evenings, which was awesome. The most we heard was a few children enjoying the pool, but even that was not intrusive. There was plenty of space for this all-adult trip. Just a note for those travelling with children, the game room isn't the best. There is a foosball table, but the basketball game did not have any power. You may want to consider a house with a better equipped game room. However, the wall screen and projector are perfect for pulling up karaoke tracks on YouTube. One other drawback, one of the queen rooms did not have a tv, so one of the ladies travelling with the group, slept in a kid's room in order to have access to a television; each adult room should have a tv.

Great Family House

The house is great for a large family. We had 14 people ranging in age from 1 to 92 and everyone was very comfortable. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and we also enjoyed the splash park. Management was very responsive when, due to the heavy rains we had ants. I texted them in the morning and the exterminator was there by noon and took care of the problem. If you have a lot of people I recommend bringing extra towels. We did wash several times. They only provided 2 dish towels which really isn’t enough for a large group. There are also no mats by the slider or door to the pool. With tile floors it woykd be safer. But overall, we would definitely recommend this house and this management team.

Family Getaway

We scheduled our four generation family getaway and stayed at this beautiful home. It was not only perfect size for our group of 16 but it was well kept, and had great space for everyone to enjoy time alone as well as group time (game night, movie night, etc.). The property management was available via text whenever we had questions and were friendly and helpful. WE loved it and highly recommend for any family looking for a safe community.

Orlando 2022

My rental was amazing. The home was spacious which made for easy communication for my 14 person group. The kitchen opened to the living room/dining room to the pool area. The game room was only steps away. The club house was a short walk away and you must go there . A couple pools, exercise room, resturant and bar. Great staff at clubhouse. Speaking of staff, Rachel and her coworkers went above the call of duty to get me an early check in and direct us on some hi tech things in the home. A couple of small problems in the home like a buckling of the floor in the master suite and a game in the game room but I would stay there again. Oh by the way, 10 minutes to Disney 35 minutes to Universal Studios.

House Rental

Overall this is a very nice rental, the reason why I gave this property a 4/5 is because there are very few pots and pans, the can opener didn’t work, and there were very few appliances. But a 5/5 for there customer service, they are very quickly to respond and solve our problems, Mauricio helped us with all your questions he is an excellent worker there. The house is very nice and just like the pictures. But there needs to be more towels in the bathroom.

Beautiful home

Rented this home for my family’s vacation and could not have been happier. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. For days we didn’t go to the parks, the neighborhood had a lot to occupy our time. We were able to contact the hosts when needed but with everything as advertised we really didn’t need to.

Great stay and wonderful location

Our family absolutely loved this place! The rooms were very clean and very spacious for my family of 16. One of our favorite amenities that you cannot skip out on was the club house. Both the kids and adults in our party enjoyed everything this house had to offer! The location too was something you can’t beat! Only a short drive to the Disney World parks and to Universal Studios. We also loved the convinence of the location to grocery stores and restaurants. The only downside was when we first got on our property, there was leftover alcohol in the freezer’s ice maker. The staff was very nice about it, apologized immediately and offered for someone to clean it. I appreciate how quickly the staff answers to questions and concerns about the property. I 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home. Amazing Stay.

Our visit was wonderful. It was the first family trip for our family and everyone enjoyed the house. The only thing is that there were not enough towels and wash clothes for the number of people. Each bathroom has one washcloth. Even for the king rooms. That was horrible. There also aren’t a lot of pots and pans if you are cooking for a large group. We had to buy a lot of stuff. Overall it was great though.
