The home was very spacious and well suited for a large family, with plenty of rooms and comfortable, sturdy beds. Pillows were thick, which I reall appreciated, though guests who prefer flatter pillows may want to bring their own. The arcade games were fully functional and a hit with the kids, especially Pac Man and Mortal Kombat. Living room furniture was comfortable and sturdy, particularly the upstairs loft sectional. One kitchen island stool was wobbly, but there were enough other seating options to avoid it.Washcloths and toiletries were insufficient for a home of this size. This was disclosed in advance, but better provisioning would have been appreciated. The main issue involved pool heating and grill service. Pool heating was requested and confirmed in advance for November, but the pool was not heated upon arrival on Christmas Eve. Delays continued due to holiday closures. On December 26 it was discovered the authorization form was incomplete and no courtesy follow up had been sent. The grill was delivered that day, and the heater was supposedly activated, but the pool did not feel heated until the evening of December 28, the final day of service. Three days were paid for, but only about 12 hours were usable.Minor cleanliness issues included hair in a shower and a child’s sandals found in the living room when we arrived. Overall, the home itself was lovely and enjoyable, but improved service and communication from property management would be expected in the future.
