A great place for a getaway

The place was terrific and met every one of our needs. It's a fantastic place to relax and have fun. Other than some loud neighbors from both sides, we could still block out all the noise and find exactly what we were looking for and needed. The kids had a perfect time in the game room and movie room and there was enough room for the adults to get away and relax.

Overall amazing some concerns not deal breakers

Overall the property was beautiful. The fridge did not get very cold even on the coldest setting, we had to put stuff in a cooler with ice. The he AC in the movie room is pretty much min existent. It was very warm even with doors open and fan on. The ac wouldn’t let us lower and kept going up but that was fixed quickly by management. Sis not like the garbage situation. The “bin” outside only fort 1 full bag and with 16 people staying each night a lot more is accumulated. Having to take our own garbage to the dumpster due to not having a regular simile outside can was not great. We called on day 1 with some of the concerns and they were VERY quick to respond. Overall amazing and would stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the property. This was our first Vrbo, so we were a little hesitant. The process worked out very well for us. The only issue we had was that the pool wasn’t clean due to the water level being too high. It was addressed by the property manager in less than 48 hours. The property was clean and all instructions were easy to follow, from the electronics and Wi-Fi to the check out procedures. We would definitely recommend. Thanks

Family visit

The Best!!!!!

The pictures of this house did it no justice! My family was amazed! We did encounter one problem with the water in the upstairs bathroom but I contacted the property owners and they sent someone out right away. I have nothing but good things to say. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Annual Golf Trip

This was our annual golf trip and the house was perfect. We've been coming to the Orlando area for the last 10 or so and the housing and golf combo is the big draw. Being in Champions Gate gave us access to three of the nicer courses in the area. The movie theater room is great for watching sports while we are there. The house was clean, well stocked, and just as described. Being at the end of a street was nice as well. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting a great place to stay in this area.

Florida Sunshine

Our family had a wonderful March break vacation at this home. The neighbourhood was quiet and just a few minutes walk to the Oasis area of the community. Patricio, the owner, was attentive and responsive through the whole process and shows genuine concern for his home and guests. Most of our time was spent on the patio, which was great with the large 8 seater dining table and the outdoor television, as we appreciated escaping the Canadian cold for a bit but the theatre room was also well used by my adult children. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a family vacation.

Family time

We live locally, but we spent family time together in this home, 9 adults and 6 kids. It was great! There was room for everyone, a game room to keep the kids and adults busy, a theater room kept the kids quiet...we had a great family weekend. The home was clean and stocked.

Phenomenal Stay

We loved this house and Patricio was a wonderful host! Our arrival was seamless with clear check-in and check-out instructions available on both the VRBO app and at the house. Patricio was incredibly responsive as I had encountered e-mail troubles and he sent me information multiple ways so that we could get to the home easy. The house is beautiful, accommodating for a small or big family, and close to everything! The indoor play room was one of the best we have ever seen and truly loved playing there as a family. The pool was heated and even though we were unlucky with the cooler weather while we were there, the sun was shining so we made the best of it and the heated pool definitely helped! The movie room was amazing and made for a fun night in watching football or catching a family movie. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

Home away from Home

We just returned from spending 10 days at this wonderful home! 6 kids ages 6-13 and six adults! The house was perfect for us, and the kids did not want to leave!! Everything from the theatre room, game room, the kids had plenty to do!! Patricio is an amazing owner! Anything we needed, he arranged!! Thank you so much for accommodating us!!

Family Winter Getaway!

We had an amazing time. The game room, Movie Theatre and Pool made the house Great! The children didn't won't to even leave to go to the Theme Parks and when we got to Magic Kingdom shortly after they were ready to return to the house. I would recommend extra blankets as the temperature drop during our stay and at night it got really cold and thermostat was locked. Other than blankets and adjusting the thermostat I wouldn't change a thing.

Fabulous family entertainment!

Excellent Vacation Property

This rental has everything for a large family. The kids all loved the game room and the movie theatre and the audio/video equipment was clearly labeled and easy to use. The kitchen had a keurig and blender. I loved that there was a Publix 0.3 miles around the corner. We used the main clubhouse for fitness and the pool, but the clubhouse pool was not heated and there were hoards of kids from a football team on group travel that came in; they were very badly behaved - really the only negative of our visit. Also the local traffic in this area of the state is pretty bad. Count about 3 mins of travel time for every mile traveled when you are estimating drive times.

Great stay

To begin the pictures do not do this residence justice. The rooms are well appointed and clean. We had more than enough room to enjoy ourselves. Some family members enjoyed the pool, some the convenience of location, some the game room , for me It was the movie room. Excellent idea for family fun. Loved the property, thank you for allowing the opportunity to stay at your home.

One of the best times spent with family.

The house had something for everyone, it was big and spacious for all 14 of us. Very clean, beautiful and with plenty of bathrooms, rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Definitely recommend this home beautifully decorated as well. Would definitely book again for family vacation.

Great house that has everything!

We had such a great stay at this house. It’s exactly as pictured and was perfect for a stay with extended family. The pool area is beautiful and the house has tons of space. We also loved the movie room and used it almost every night (the chairs are so comfortable!). Overall, the house is very clean and updated and worked well for our large group with grandparents down to preschoolers. The only thing to be aware of if you are still considering what area you want to stay in is that the traffic in this area of Orlando is pretty rough. We have stayed in Kissimmee previously and the drive to the theme parks was much shorter/easier (like 15-20 mins vs. 45+).. While the mileage from Championsgate isn’t very far, the traffic was horrendous at all times of day/night (even after 11pm). Nothing the owners can do about this obviously, but it’s worth being aware of if you are new to the area and trying to decide where to stay. (On the flip side, the houses in this area are much nicer/newer than those close to the theme parks, so it’s just a matter of trade offs).
