NYTT GULVBYGG MAI 2019! LAKE VIEW 4BR / 3BATH BUNGALOW-POOL, GAMES RM, BBQ & WIFI

  • Velkommen til din Oasis på Sandy Ridge. Dette er en stor bungalow på 2000 kvm med 4 soverom (soveplass til 8) og 3 komplette bad. Det er separat stue, familierom og spisestue. Dette åpne konseptet hjem har kjøkkenet midt i huset, med en bar / disk med utsikt over frokostkroken, familierom (med en 50 ”TV) og lanai med bassengområdet. Klimaanlegg og mange takvifter sikrer et kjølig og behagelig interiør.

    Gratis ubegrenset WiFi

    Kjøpt i 2013 ble det installert nye små apparater og TV-er på den tiden. Siden den gang ble et fritidsrom med Superhero-tema lagt til i januar 2015. Rommet har et biljardbord, bordtennisbord og et fotballbord for underholdning. Ny ovn / ovn ble også installert i 2015 og et nytt kjøleskap ble installert i 2016.

    I 2017 erstattet et lenestolsett med skinnsofa kluten som trekker ut sofaen i familierommet, BBQ ble erstattet med en ny 5-brenner BBQ og terrassesettet ble oppgradert med 4 bassengstoler sammen med et 6-seters patiosett. For 2018 ble det installert en ny vaskemaskin og tørketrommel.

    Den store installasjonen for 2019: alt tepper i hele bungalowen ble erstattet med tregulv / gulv!

    Det er 2 store master-soverom, hver med sine 32-tommers TV og vaskerom (3-og 5-delers vaskerom). Ett hovedsoverom har en utgang til bassengområdet, og gir enkel tilgang til dusj og vaskerom etter svømmeturen. De to andre soverommene har 2 enkeltsenger hver; 1 tema for Disney inkludert prinsesse Elsa og Anna, og den andre tema for Sea World. En pakke 'n Play er tilgjengelig i hjemmet for småbarnsfamilier, og det er en lekeplass med treningsutstyr for voksne, 2 kvartaler nede i gaten. 24 timers sikkerhet er gitt av sikkerhetspatruljebil, og det er sikkerhetskameraer ved begge innganger / avkjørsler til samfunnet.

    Den beste delen av dette feriehuset er utsikten over innsjøen fra det store 30 fots svømmebassenget, eller fra det overbygde Lanai. Et sikkerhetsgjerde rundt bassenget gir beskyttelse for våre yngre gjester. Det er mye natur å suge seg inn under den vakre Florida-himmelen. Bare slapp av fra morgen til morgen, eller kjør 10 minutter til World Drive, inngangen til Disney World!

    McDonald's, Pizza Hut, CVS apotek, Anytime Fitness og Publix dagligvarebutikk ligger alle innen 1 kilometer. En 24-timers Walmart 10 minutter unna. Golf ligger 1,7 kilometer unna på Reunion, og 3. 2 miles unna for Champions Gate.

Disney Fun!

We had a great stay at this home! It was bigger than we needed and the game room and pool were a plus! While we hardly spent any time here due to our park adventures, when we were here it was great!

Perfect place for our family

We came to the Orlando area for one of our daughters to cheer at All Star Worlds and loved that we had our own space, away from the chaos. The pool was amazing, the kids loved it. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. We also enjoyed the game room- although not was much as we would have wanted to given our schedule.

Family Trip

Very nice and clean place to stay. The kids loved having a pool to ourselves and played our entire last day! Game room was fun for the kids as well. Neighbors were all very kind and enjoyed watching our son try to catch fish in the back pond. Beds were comfortable, water was nice and hot, and we appreciated having access to the washer and dryer.

Great Family Get Away.

This spot was great for our family of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the theme based bedrooms, game room and the pool. House had everything we needed and was exactly how it is described. Neighborhood was very quite and it was a quick and easy trip to and from the local attractions. We had one very small issue and it was corrected immediately with great communications with the owner/management team. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visiting with children. Nice accommodations for an Orlando area vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was very good. The house was as described, well maintained, and clean. We enjoyed having a pool to ourselves as a family. We were in a good location with quick access to restaurants and stores as well as being a short drive from major attractions such as Disney. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the alligator that was living in the pond behind the house. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Would stay again and would recommend.

Family fun

The house was great! The pool was nice and clean! My family loved it! Only problem was the bedding and towels smelled awful! We got in late from our flight so wanted to take showers and go to bed. We had to just deal with it until the next morning when we bought laundry soap. We just rewashed everything. So the washer and dryer was very handy! Definitely wouldn't mind booking again other than the smell it was perfect!

2 week stay family of 6

House was a good size for our family of 6, pool was great and well heated. Area is quiet and the pond was nice to look at. Owner is amazing with communication. The house could use some minor maintenance to things like closet doors and windows locks and a deep cleaning of walls, baseboards and window sills is definitely needed. I notified the owner and she responded immediately saying she will take this to her management company to rectify. Overall we had a great 2 weeks here and made wonderful memories.

Wonderful Vacation Property!

This spot is exactly as it seems in the pics! We had a wonderful two week stay here and enjoyed every moment! Although it is not a gated community, there was a great deal of privacy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which backs onto a pond for extra privacy. We’ve been to Florida at least a dozen times in the past 10 years and this pool by far was the best heated one we ever experienced. It was truly lovely! The house is located close to supermarkets, restaurants and Walmart for all your essential needs. Overall, the home was nicely furnished, stocked with household necessities, had a great TV a package for late night movies and the host was easily accessible if needed. I would definitely book again!

Overall nice location near everything from a CVS , Wawa, Resturants, Publix even nail salon! House needed to be more cleaner. And some minor repair like fridge door handle loose and. Door moldings are loose and shower was really dirty in master bathroom. I reached out but never got a return response via email or phone. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper only 1 roll per bathroom. and no paper towels are given.

Just as advertised

Great property that is exactly as the listing describes. I would have no reservations about staying here again! Things I liked: - Floors were clean (because who wears shoes in Florida) - Pool and pool area was clean - Could be at all Disney parks in about 20-25 min with minimal traffic - Light switches were all labeled (this was great!) - AC was cold enough - Beds were comfortable - TV's in most rooms with online capability - Fast internet - Great view of the pond - Good common areas Minor things to improve - Better shower head in the master bath - Updated pillows The property management company was great as well. We left a wallet there and the PM company shipped it to us. Thanks a ton!!

Listing was misleading. Power went out two days in a row. Roaches everywhere. Outdated furniture, appliances, etc. no communication from Kelly or emergency number. Home was dirty and beds are old box springs that haven’t be upgraded in years. I will not recommend this home to anyone!! Trash cans were filled with maggots. It was hard to even throw trash away. I go to Disney every year. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have had in 10 years

Positives: The host, Sabrina, is very responsive to messages and was very easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating as she did allow a bit earlier check-in which was much appreciated. Also, the location is excellent in relation to Disney park accessibility. Negatives: the house wreaked of stale cigarette smoke. Very heavy on arrival day and still quite noticeable after leaving and returning to the house at night but not nearly as bad as first couple days. The house needs some deep cleaning especially the vents. There was black mold clearly visible around some of the vents, especially in a bedroom/kitchen. There were bugs found in the house every day including 2 cockroaches in the same bedroom as the moldy vent. The netting around the pool has several tears, a big one at ground level, which seemed to allow a large amount of the tiny lizards in the “enclosed” pool area. In addition, the game room is NOT air conditioned so was rendered basically not usable for us due to the high heat. I wish this would have been communicated in the listing as that was a main reason for picking this property. Since we spent little time at the house and were busy with Disney, I did not let Sabrina know of the negatives until the night before we left so she obviously couldn’t remedy things for us but hopefully for future renters. The negatives here outweighed the positives unfortunately so we will not be returning to this property for future stays.

OMGsh ... SOO Amazing! :)

Two families with teenagers stayed at this property for over a week and must say, as soon as we walked through the door, we knew it was going to be our home away from home. THE HOME Escaping the humid temperatures, something we’re not used to .. coming from Canada .. the house was nicely air conditioned. The home was spacious with lots of sitting and eating areas. It was beautifully decorated with new flooring just put in. It was very comfortable for both families. The games room was definitely a plus for our teenage kids as it allowed them to break away from their devices for awhile. 🙄 The pool was amazing with a view of the pond. Large enough for all the 5 teens to play in while the adults lounged around and tried to look for crocs in the pond. We also used the BBQ a couple of times. The house came fully stocked with a TON of dishes and utensils, towels and beach towels, linens and blankets. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The home is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowds at the shopping outlets and theme parks but close enough to get to. It is conveniently located to grocery stores, Target, gas stations and the kids’ favourite ... Chic-fil-a! And no .. sadly not in Canada. COMMUNICATION We had no issues with the communication from the start. Instructions provided were detailed and timely and they even provided recommendations on where to eat and shop. The checkin process was seamless. We had an awesome experience and we most definitely would be booking with this property again!!!!

Wonderful Vacation

My family of 4 had a great time in Sabrina's home. The house was perfect for us and in a great area-close to everything but far enough away to not be in the middle of it all-very peaceful.

Perfect home for the whole family!

The home was very clean and organized. The pool was definitely the best part of the entire experience. The rooms all had clean sheets. There was also an entire closet of clean towels which was very much appreciated. The kids and even a few adults enjoyed the game room. Overall the entire experience was amazing, and I highly reccomend this home for anybody interested.

Little Peace of Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at Sabrina's home. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was as depicted in the pictures and we even had an early check in at "no charge". Sabrina was responsive to any inquiries.
