This 6 BR, 4.5 BATH private pool home has been professionally decorated with a relaxed modern feel. The home is well appointed with upgraded finishes of granite, solid wood and custom tile. Furnishings include comfy beds and couches, sitting chairs and an office area. There are two open concept living rooms each with flat screen TVs perfect for movie nights. There is free WIFI and high- speed internet throughout. The sleeping rooms are tastefully decorated and will easily accommodate 13 guests. There are 8 beds: two master king en-suites, two king bedrooms and two kid friendly rooms. The Disney room has one full and one twin bed while the Harry Potter room has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to support all your culinary needs. Pack light because there is a laundry room. This immaculate home is well cared for; our property manager and cleaning staff take pride in offering you the best service possible. The home is conveniently located just 20 minutes south of the Disney theme parks. It is close to shopping, restaurants and championship golf courses.



Check-out is promptly at the specified time. Late check-outs are subject to the "Late Check-out Fee Schedule" and accrue in 15min increments; these fees may be held and applied from the security damage deposit.



*Check-out dates that fall on U.S. legal holidays are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.

Included amenities: In home game room with billiards and foosball tables, private patio, heated pool and spa. Free WIFI, cable TV, internet, office work area, two off-street parking spaces, access to the Solterra Resort amenities including clubhouse, resort pool, water slide and lazy river. Access to the community play set, soccer and tennis courts. Private entrance with smart lock for self check-in.



Optional value added services may be added prior to check-in: house keeping per day, pool & spa heat $25/night. Value added services are subject to state and local tax.



Towels and linens are provided.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No coffee, tea, spices: salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire home including the private pool/spa, garage/game room. You also have complimentary access to the Solterra Resort amenities including the club house with pool and slides, lazy river, fitness center and sport courts.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Solterra Resort this gated community is ideally located close to championship golf courses, restaurants, entertainment and only a 20min drive to the Disney parks.



Getting Around:

Solterra is a fun resort community composed of primarily vacation rentals and some permanent residents. Most guests rent a car. You can easily park two cars in the driveway and three with a little arranging. Street parking is not permitted.



Other Things to Note:

A cleaning fee will be charged at the time of booking. Subject to your booking channel, terms & conditions a $900 REFUNDABLE damge deposit maybe collected or held via credit card. For Airbnb guests damage deposit does not apply however costs to remedy damage is processed through the resolution department.
