Enjoy a magical getaway in this spacious vacation home near Orlando's top attractions! This home has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay with your family or friends. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, game room, and more. The best part is the location. You'll be just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World. Book now and have an unforgettable experience!

The Space:
4 bedroom single level home and a private pool. Two master bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed). One bedroom with two double beds and one bedroom with three double beds. Three full bathrooms with a large soaking tub in the main master. The garage has been converted to a game room with Foosball, air hockey, a pool table, and a TV.

The whole home and the pool.

The Neighborhood:
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10PM to 8AM as many of our neighbors have work and or school in the morning.

Other Things to Note:
Pool heat available for $200/week or $25/day. If you want the spa to heat, you will need the pool heat turned on. We've kept this as an additional charge so that families during the summer who may not want to the pool heat will get a better value from the rental.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10PM to 8AM as many of our neighbors have work and or school in the morning.

Pool is cleaned every Tuesday, during this time the pool will be shocked and unavailable for 1 hour post shock.

Management company is available 24/7 for emergencies or guest concerns.

Clean, quiet, wonderful

This was a great spot for a quiet getaway for my wife and I. We had planned to take a family trip, but wound up just the two of us (SO SAD). :) The house was clean, perfectly located, and just what we needed!

Second stay

We had a great, relaxing week here! 1 issue with the nest controller, but fixed within hours then all good. Love the privacy of the trees behind and beside. The private pool and hot tub are great! Pool is larger than other homes we have rented. Owners are very easy to work with. Will return again!

Exactly what we needed

The location and villa were both perfect. Pool was clean, temp was spot on, inside the villa was clean and kept well considering it is a high turn over vacation rental. Beds were all pretty comfortable. Peaceful neighborhood and great location. Collectively in our group of 3 adults and two teenagers, the only thing we had any slight issues with was the AC changing Temps on us in the middle of the night. With the ceiling fans on, it still got a bit warm for us but none the less this was not a deal breaker for us and we will rent here again! Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable and clean furniture, not a single bug in sight inside the home (even though we are well aware this is Florida and bugs just happen!!) There is a playground across the street, and we loved hearing young kids play and enjoy themselves in the mornings. Some neighborboods we have stayed in were so awkwardly quiet that it almost felt illegal to laugh. Great times were had, many beautiful memories, and despite our trip having to be cut short due to an emergency back home we had spot on communication with the rental owners. Thank you again!

This house was perfect for our family. The pool with the spa was the perfect addition for our family. There was only 2 wash cloths that we located in the house but nothing we couldn’t fix with a quick trip to Walmart. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great house!

Great house and very clean. Only thing I didn't like was there was only 4 wash cloths for the house. Made for some creative washing for our family of 5. Location was great across the street from a cute little park.

Great Place

Family Vacation

Property was great. Very clean, as described and as pictured. House actually has three full bathrooms. 20-25 min drive to Disney so great for visiting parks. Publix and Aldi's are around the corner so convenient for making dinner at home. Owner is very responsive and very easy check-in, entry and check-out. We would rent this place again. Thanks!!

Great spot for a relaxing vacation

We had a great time, the house had everything we needed. Having our own pool was awesome! It was really private and peaceful. My son loved swimming everyday. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax in the house, it was great. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and took care of anything we needed really quickly.

Overall a great place

We had a wonderful time. The home and pool area are lovely. A few minor issues like the garbage disposal did not work and the ice machine in the fridge only made minimal ice... neither issue made an impact on our trip. We had so much fun!

Winter get away at Woodlands

My husband and I have been coming to the Orlando area for a few years now, staying VRBO, golfing and enjoying warmer weather. Woodlands was a great home away from home, Neil was extremely responsive and accommodating from the start, his property management people were likewise available and helpful the few times we contacted them. The house was very comfortable, master bed great, heated pool and spa (hot tub) were the best we’ve experienced in our 4 years of stays. Would love to stay here again! Rating a 5/5 without any doubts!

Loved it!

Perfect spot for Orlando and the surrounding area, easy drive for Busch Gardens too. Well equipped home in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Neil was very responsive to emails and when we did have an issue that required local assistance the property manager was very quick to resolve it. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Sandy ridge stay

This property was located in a nice and quiet area, the house is also across the street from a playground which is good if you are traveling with kids, the owner was great and quick to respond to any issues. Overall stay was great.

Another wonderful stay and Jane & Neil's property. The villa is ideally placed to reach all the attractions in a relatively short period, has local amenities to help stock up and feed the group. Plenty of equipment and support available. Would thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding villa. Large pool & a hot tub!

Amazing, spacious villa with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed at several Sandy Ridge villas and this was by far the best. The description doesn’t do it justice. Firstly the pool was the largest we’ve had and has a proper hot tub (other villas just have a spa tub with bubbles but no heat). It was very private with woodlands around two sides and the neighbouring pool has a privacy screen so you are not overlooked by anyone unlike the other villas. The fridge has an ice / water dispenser which was very popular with our kids and saved us having to buy bottled water for in the villa. There was a large supply of games and DVDs to keep the kids entertained. Strollers in the garage (even without a child at pushchair age we always take a stroller for ponchos, snacks and heavy water bottles around the theme parks. We saved a fortune by buying packs of 24 bottles of water from Publix down the road for around $5, freezing half and taking them in a cool bag. Plus you can leave bags on the stroller when you go on rides and just carry your valuables). There were two spacious, comfortable seating areas and great artwork on the walls. Neil and Jane were very quick to respond to emails and were most accommodating when we asked if we could leave slightly later due to flight changes and park closures due to Hurricane Dorian. We would only ever want to stay at this villa for future visits as it really is a home from home and has everything we needed and more plus the location is great for both the theme parks as well as local restaurants, supermarkets etc. I can’t recommend this villa highly enough!!!

Perfect villa

Wow wow wow What an amazing holiday and villa The pool is out of this world Location - 15 min from Disney and 30 from universal It felt like home for our 2 weeks with everything catered for Would we rent again?? without any question Clean and hygienic with loads of space This villa totally made our holiday! Absolutely great

This villa is great. Had everything you could need. Very clean when we walked through the door. The Grand children loved the pool, jaccuzi, games room and the park across the road. We had an Armadillo visit us regularly in the evenings. Jane and Sharon were great when we had to contact them for help. We would definately reccomend this villa. .
